Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model learning cycle 7E terhadap keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan proses sains yang dimiliki peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Krian, dengan kelas X IPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas X IPA 6 sebagai kelas replikasi 1, kelas X IPA 7 sebagai kelas replikasi 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran learning cycle 7E termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Keterampilan proses sains yang dimiliki peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan berdasarkan uji-t. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran  learning cycle 7E dapat melatihkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.

The research aims to describe the implementation of learning cycle 7E to practice the science process skills and describe the student’s science process skills. The research is pre experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The population of the research is 10th grade students at SMAN 1 Krian. X IPA 5 was used for an experiment class, X IPA 6 was used for first replication class and X IPA 7 is used for second replication class. The result of the research showed that  the quality of learning cycle 7E implementation is very good category. Student’s science process skills get a significant improvement based on the Paired t-Test. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning cycle 7E is able to train student s’ science process skills.
