Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan employee engagement pada karyawan departemen produksi di PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah karyawan departemen produksi di PT X yang berlokasi di Tuban. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan skala. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara persepsi terhadap perubahan organisasi dengan employee engagement. Taraf signifikansi yang digunakan 5% dan memperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,675 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif artinya semakin tinggi tingkat persepsi terhadap perubahan organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat employee engagement.

The purpose of this research is to examine relation between perceptions of organizational change and employee engagement on production department employees at PT X. This study uses a quantitative approach. The participants of this research were employees of the production department at PT X at Tuban. Methods of data collection in this research using a scale. The results of this study used Pearson product moment correlation analysis techniques. The results of data analysis indicate a significant relationship between perceptions of organizational change and employee engagement. The significance level used was 5% and obtained a r value of 0.675 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Shows that there is a positive relationship which means that the higher the level of perception of organizational change, the higher the level of employee engagement.
