This study aims to
develop a module that is used for students who are undergoing industrial work
practice (internship) for Online Business subjects. The module developed is
based on the four skills (4C) of the 21st century, namely critical, creative,
collaborative and communicative thinking. It is hoped that students will be
able to bring out these four characters in undergoing internship. Because the
main problem with the implementation of apprenticeship is that students do not
receive the teaching that should be their right in the same semester as the
implementation of internship. In addition, internship makes students lack the
character expected according to the KKO revised edition of Bloom's theory.
Therefore, the formulation of the problems in this study are (1) how the
feasibility of the module developed in order to achieve the four skills (4C),
and (2) how is the achievement in using the module for internship participants.
To answer these two
problem formulations, this study uses ADDIE development methods, namely
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection
techniques in this study include (1) observation and interviews, (2) analysis
and validation, and (3) questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques
used qualitative and quantitative analysis of media experts and material
experts, as well as student response data analysis.
Based on the results of
the analysis and analysis of material experts, the module was declared very
feasible to use with a percentage of 87%. Meanwhile, according to media
experts, the module was also declared very feasible to be used with a
percentage of 86%. While the questionnaire given to students stated that the
module was feasible to use with a percentage of 79.7%. The posttest score that
was held after students received and studied the module was declared 100% to
meet the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM).
