KAJIAN PEMBELAJARAN TWO STAY TWO STRAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMK TEKNIK OTOMOTIF
TWO STAY TWO STRAY LEARNING STUDY TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara tertulis model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, Aktivitas siswa, respon siswa dan hasil belajar pada model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, kelebihan dan kekurangan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan 5 tahapan, mengumpulkan literatur kemudian melakukan review terhadap istilah penting, mengumpulkan hasil ulasan penelitian relevan dari 5 artikel, menganalisis berdasarkan 5 artikel yang diperoleh dengan menyusun hasil dan pembahasan, kesimpulan dan saran. Model pembelajaran kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray merupakan model pembelajaran dua tinggal dua tamu. Dua siswa tinggal akan menyajikan hasil diskusi kelompoknya kepada tamu, dua siswa bertamu berpencar mencari informasi ke kelompok lain. Setelah menyelesaikan tugasnya siswa kembali ke kelompok asal, mencocokan dan membahas hasil kerja yang sudah mereka tuntaskan. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray aktivitas siswa mendapatkan persentase sebesar 79%, hasil respon siswa memperoleh presentase 82%, Hasil belajar siswa memperoleh presentase 80% yang tuntas dari jumlah siswa didalam kelas. Model pembelajaran ini mengalami peningkatan. Siswa saling bekerjasama dalam mendiskusikan kesulitan materi yang diperoleh, bertanya kepada teman sebaya sesuai dengan kesulitan materi didapatkannya, sehingga siswa merasakan tanggung jawab besar terhadap menyajikan hasil kerjanya kepada kelompok lain dan materi yang didapatkannya untuk disampaikan ke kelompok asalnya. Model pembelajaran ini membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama untuk persiapan dan pelaksanaannya. Siswa cenderung masih lemah saat berkomunikasi diantaranya memaparkan hasil kerja kelompoknya kepada tamu dan menyajikan hasil kerjanya didapatkan saat bertamu.Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, Aktivitas, respon, hasil belajar, Kelebihan dan Kekurangan
The purpose of this study was to determine in writing the Two Stay Two Stray learning model, student activities, student responses and learning outcomes in the Two Stay Two Stray learning model, the advantages and disadvantages of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model. The research method uses a literature study with 5 stages, collecting literature then conducting a review of important terms, collecting relevant research reviews from 5 articles, analyzing based on 5 articles obtained by compiling the results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions. The Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model is a two-by-two-guest learning model. Two remaining students will present the results of their group discussions to guests, the two visiting students scatter to seek information from other groups. After completing the assignment, the students return to their original group, check and discuss the work they have completed. By using the Two Stay Two Stray learning model, student activity gets a percentage of 79%, the results of student responses get a percentage of 82%, student learning outcomes get a complete percentage of 80% of the number of students in the class. This learning model has increased. Students work together in discussing the difficulty of the material obtained, asking their peers according to the difficulty of the material they get, so that students feel a great responsibility for presenting their work to other groups and the material they get to be conveyed to their home group This learning model requires a relatively long time for preparation and implementation. Students tend to be weak when communicating, including presenting the results of their group work to guests and presenting the results of their work obtained at guests.
