The Effect of Academic Supervision and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at State Junior High School in Magetan Regency.

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan, dan pengaruh supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru ASN di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 866 dan 274 orang yang digunakan untuk sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear dengan menggunakan program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) versi 26.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan, 2) ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan, 3) ada pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Magetan dengan hasil koefisien regresi masing-masing variabel independen (0.253 untuk supervisi akademik, 0.280 untuk motivasi kerja) dan angka F hitung memiliki nilai sebesar 183.586 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang mana 0.000 kurang dari 0.05 (0.05 adalah tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini).

This study aims to obtain information on the influence of academic supervision on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School, and the influence of academic supervision and work motivation together on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School. The population of this study is 866 and 274 ASN teachers at the State Junior High School of Magetan Regency used for the sample. Data were collected by questionnaire using a Likert scale, analyzed using linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program version 26.0. This study found that 1) there was a significant influence of academic supervision on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School, 2) there was a significant influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School, 3) there was a significant influence of academic supervision and teachers' work motivation together on teacher performance in Magetan Regency State Junior High School with the results of theregression coefficient of each independent variable (0.253 for academic supervision, 0.280 for work motivation) and the number F calculated had a value of 183,586 at the significance level of 0, 000 where 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.05 is the level of significance used in this study).
