Di zaman milenial kini perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan inforomasi berkembang begitu pesat salah satunya adalah handphone. Handphone sudah tidak asing lagi, dari kalangan anak-anak hingga dewasa memiliki dan mampu mengoprasikannya. Penggunaan handphone dikalangan anak-anak begitu banyak dan pemanfaatannya hanya sebatas untuk bermain saja. Padahal anak-anak sangatlah identik dengan dunia pendidikan, namun pemanfaatan handphone di dalam dunia pendidikan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Begitu juga dalam dunia pendidikan sangat perlu dihadirkan media pembalajaran pada mata pelajaran yang dianggap momok bagi sebagian besar anak-anak yaitu pada mata pelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan ini. Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajara ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran matematika materi membandingkan pecahan kelas IV SD (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran matematika materi membandingkan pecahan kelas IV SD.
Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pengembangan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android menggunakan 4 tahapan namun disetiap tahapannya disisipkan kegiatan evaluasi, yang terdiri dari: (1) tahap analisis yaitu yaitu menganalisis buku siswa, pendidik, peserta didik, dan media pembelajaran (2) tahap desain yaitu mendesain produk materi dengan menentukan materi yang perlu disajikan, mendesain produk media dengan membuat dan merancang flowchart serta storyboard (3) tahap pengembangan yaitu merealisasikan rancangan desain yang telah dibuat untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk (4) tahap implementasi yaitu mengimplementasikan produk yang telah dihasilkan untuk diuji cobakan kepada subjek uji coba. Penentuan tingkat kelayakan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android berdasarkan uji validasi materi, uji validasi media, subjek uji coba dan observasi. Subjek uji coba yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SD Laboratorium UNESA sebanyak 17 peserta didik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kelayakan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android dinyatakan dengan uji validasi ahli materi yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 90% yang dinyatakan valid tanpa revisi. Hasil uji validasi media memperoleh persentase sebesar 82% yang dinyatakan valid dengan revisi ringan. Hasil uji coba produk di lapangan memperoleh persentase rata-rata seluruh program 87,1% yang dinyatakan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Dan didukung dengan hasil observasi memperoleh persentase sebesar 95% yang dinyatakan subjek uji coba sangat baik dalam mengoprasikan media game Happy Chef berbasis Android.

In millennial era, the development of communication and information technology is growing so rapidly, which one is handphone. Handphone is familiar now, for children to adults, and everyone has it and can operate it easily. Most of children use handphone just for playing game. Though children are very synonymous with the world of education, but the use of handphone in the world of education has not been fully utilized. Likewise in the world of education it is very necessary to present learning media on subjects that are considered a scourge for most children, namely on mathematics subjects. Therefore, researchers conduct research that is intended to answer this problem. This media development research aims: (1) to describe the process of developing happy chef game on android aplication on mathematics subject materials fraction comparison for fourth class elementary school. (2) to describe the feasibility of the happy chef game on android aplication on mathematics subject materials fraction comparison for fourth class elementary school.
This research use ADDIE development model. The development of Happy Chef Game On Android Aplication use 4 stages, but in each stage an evaluation activity is inserted, which consists of: (1) the analysis stage, namely analyzing student books, educators, students, and learning media (2) design stage which is designing material products with determine the material that needs to be presented, design media products by creating and designing a flowchart and storyboard (3) the development stage that is realizing the design that has been made to produce a product (4) the implementation stage that is implementing the product that has been produced to be tested on the test subjects . Determination of the level of feasibility of the happy chef game on android aplication based on material validation test, media validation test, trial subject and observation. The subjects of the trial were 17 students on fourth class of the UNESA Laboratorium Elementary School.
The results showed that the level of feasibility of the happy chef game on android aplication was stated by the material expert validation test which obtained a percentage of 90% which was declared valid without revision. The results of the media validation test obtained a percentage of 82% which was declared valid with mild revisions. The trial results of field products obtain an average percentage of the entire program of 87.1% which stated that the happy chef game on android aplication is very feasible to use as a learning media. And supported by the results of observations obtained a percentage of 95% stated by the test subjects to be very good at operating the happy chef game on android aplication.
