Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Komik pada Materi Bangun Ruang untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika
Development of Comic-Based Student Worksheets on Building Space Materials to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes
Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran di sekolah masih terbatas, yang mengakibatkan pemahaman peserta didik dan hasil belajar peserta didik masih rendah. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, salah satunya adalah pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis komik.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut. 1) mendeskripsikan validitas LKPD berbasis komik pada materi bangun ruang, 2) mendeskripsikan kepraktisan LKPD berbasis komik pada materi bangun ruang, 3) mendeskripsikan keefektifan LKPD berbasis komik pada materi bangun ruang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain uji coba one-group pretest-posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket validasi ahli media, angket validasi ahli materi, lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi peserta didik, angket respon peserta didik dan lembar pretest-posttest.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hasil validasi LKPD berbasis komik yang dinilai oleh dua validator yaitu 1) validator ahli media, 2) validator ahli materi. Hasil analisis validasi para ahli memperoleh skor 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis validasi, LKPD berbasis komik dikembangkan dengan layak untuk diujicobakan. Hasil observasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran memperoleh skor 4, atau termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi aktivitas peserta didik memperoleh skor 87,5%, atau termasuk kategori aktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kepraktisan, LKPD berbasis komik dinyatakan praktis dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 96,57%, atau termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil pretest-posttest memperoleh skor N-gain 0,77, atau termasuk kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis keefektifan, LKPD berbasis komik dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
Learning media is one of the factors that play an important role in the learning process. One of the problems that are often encountered in the learning process is that the use of learning media in schools is still limited which results in student understanding and student learning outcomes are still low. For this reason, a learning media is needed to improve student learning outcomes. one of which is the development of comic-based student worksheets.
The purpose of this research is as follows. 1) describe the validity of comic-based LKPD on geometric material, 2) describe the practicality of comic-based LKPD on geometric material, 3) describe the effectiveness of comic-based LKPD on geometric material. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method with a one-group pretest-posttest trial design. The instruments used in this study were media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, student response questionnaires and pretest-posttest sheets.
Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the validation results of comic-based student worksheets were assessed by two validators, namely 1) media expert validator, 2) material expert validator. The results of the analysis of the two validations obtained a score of 3. Based on the results of the validation analysis, comic-based student worksheets were developed that were feasible to try out. The results of observing the teacher's ability to manage learning obtained a score of 4, or included in the very good category. The results of observations of student activity obtained a score of 87.5%, or included in the active category. Based on the results of the practicality analysis, comic-based student worksheets are stated to be practical in the learning process. The results of the students' responses obtained a score of 96.57%, or included in the very good category. The pretest-posttest results obtained an N-gain score of 0.77, or included in the high category. Based on the results of the effectiveness analysis, comic-based student worksheets were declared effective in improving student learning outcomes.
