TINGKAT KEPUASAN SISWA INDONESIA SOCCER COORPORATE
TERHADAP LAYANAN COACH TEACHER
INDONESIAN SOCCER COORPORATE STUDENT SATISFACTION LEVEL WITH COACH TEACHER SERVICES
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh manajemen Indonesia Soccer Coorporate. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa yang diambil dari empat akademi yakni Indonesia Soccer Academy, Surabaya Soccer Academy, Mataram Soccer Academy, Bangkalan Soccer Academy. Instrumen yang diterapkan yaitu kuisioner berbentuk google form yang disebarkan melalui Whatssapp group. Teknik analisis data diantarannya mean, presentase, standar deviasi, nilai minimal dan maximal, uji validitas dan reabilitas. Alur pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pembagian link kuisioner melalui whatssapp grup. Controling dan follow up selama pengisian data merupakan tindakan lanjutan hingga data terkumpul. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwasannya tingkat kepuasan siswa pada gaya melatih demokratis memiliki hasil presentase sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat puas, sedangkan presentase tingkat kepuasan siswa pada pola latihan yang otorite sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat puas serta presentase tingkat kepuasan siswa pada aspek sarana dan prasarana sebesar 89% dengan kategori sangat puas. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa merasa puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan selama latihan.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the management of Indonesia Soccer Corporation. This research is a quantitative type which is presented descriptively. The number of samples in this study amounted to 60 students taken from four academies namely Indonesia Soccer Academy, Surabaya Soccer Academy, Mataram Soccer Academy, Bangkalan Soccer Academy. The instrument applied was a questionnaire in google form which was distributed through the WhatsApp group. Analysis technique data in between mean, percentage, standard deviation, minimum and maximum value, validity and reliability test. The flow of data retrieval is carried out through the distribution of a questionnaire link through the WhatsApp group. Controlling and follow-up during data entry is a follow-up action until the data is collected. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results in this study showed that the level of student satisfaction in the democratic training style had a percentage of 86% in the very satisfied category, while the percentage of student satisfaction in the authoritative training pattern was 98% in the very category. satisfied and the percentage level of student satisfaction in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure is 89% with a very satisfied category. The conclusion in this study is that students are satisfied with the services provided during the exercise.
