HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-EFFICACY DAN REGULASI EMOSI TERHADAP RESILIENSI PESERTA DIDIK SMK NEGERI 1 SIDOARJO
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF EFFICACY AND EMOTION REGULATION ON RESILIENCE OF STUDENTS OF SMK NEGERI 1 SIDOARJO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan resiliensi pada peserta didik kelas XI, 2) mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan resiliensi pada peserta didik kelas XI, dan 3) mengetahui hubungan antara selfefficacy dan regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ex post facto jenis korelasional. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 210 peserta didik kelas XI. Data penelitian didapatkan menggunakan tiga skala penelitian yaitu instrumen skala self-efficacy, instrumen skala regulasi emosi, dan instrumen skala resiliensi. Instrumen dikatakan valid dengan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen pertama sebesar 0,744, instrumen kedua sebesar 0,752, serta instrumen ketiga sebesar 0,826. Hasil analisis hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan rumus Spearman Rho yang menunjukkan bahwa analisis pertama terdapat hubungan signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan sangat kuat dan arah hubungan yang positif antara self-efficacy terhadap resiliensi, analisis keduaa menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan kuat dan arah hubungan positif antara regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi. Sementara analisis hipotesis ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi berganda menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara self-efficacy dan regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi.
This study aims to: 1) determine the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience in class XI students, 2) determine the relationship between emotion regulation and resilience in class XI students, and 3) determine the relationship between self-efficacy and emotion regulation to resilience. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type ex post facto research design. The research sample used was 210 grade XI students. Research data were obtained using three research scales, namely self-efficacy scale instruments, emotion regulation scale instruments, and resilience scale instruments. The instrument is said to be valid with the reliability coefficient of the first instrument of 0.744, the second instrument of 0.752, and the third instrument of 0.826. The results of the first and second hypothesis analysis using the Spearman Rho formula show that the first analysis there is a significant relationship with a very strong relationship strength and positive relationship direction between self-efficacy to resilience, the second analysis shows a significant relationship with a strong relationship strength and positive relationship direction between emotion regulation to resilience. While the third hypothesis analysis using multiple correlation tests shows that there is a significant relationship with a very strong relationship strength between self-efficacy and emotion regulation on resilience.
