PENGEMBANGAN MODUL DIGITAL ROOM SERVICE BERBASIS APLIKASI ANDROID “SERVINO” DI SMK KULINER
DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANDROID-BASED DIGITAL ROOM SERVICE MODULE CALLED “SERVINO” AT VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS SPECIALIZING IN CULINARY ARTS
Pembelajaran Room Service pada SMK Program Keahlian Tata Boga memerlukan media pembelajaran yang mudah diakses dan mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Materi Room Service yang bersifat prosedural menuntut penyajian materi yang interaktif dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hasil pengembangan modul digital Room Service berbasis aplikasi android; (2) mengetahui kelayakan modul digital Room Service ditinjau dari aspek materi; (3) mengetahui kelayakan modul digital Room Service ditinjau dari aspek media; serta (4) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap modul digital Room Service berbasis aplikasi android. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, dan peserta didik SMK Program Keahlian Tata Boga. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) modul digital Room Service berbasis aplikasi android dapat diakses melalui link : https://digitalstudio.my.id/p11/ (2) kelayakan materi memperoleh nilai rerata 94% dengan kategori sangat layak; (3) kelayakan media memperoleh nilai rerata 98% dengan kategori
sangat layak; dan (4) respon peserta didik memperoleh nilai rerata 94% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modul digital Room Service berbasis aplikasi android dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi peserta didik SMK Kuliner.

Room Service learning in vocational schools specializing in culinary arts requires learning media that is easily accessible and supports independent learning. Procedural Room Service material requires interactive and flexible presentation. This study aims to: (1) determine the results of the development of an Android-based digital Room Service module; (2) determine the feasibility of the digital Room Service module in terms of material; (3) determine the feasibility of the digital Room Service module in terms of media; and (4) determine the response of students to the Android-based digital Room Service module. This study uses a Research and Development type of research with an ADDIE model approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire given to subject matter experts, media experts, and vocational school students majoring in culinary arts. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis.
The results of the study show that: (1) the Android-based Room Service digital module can be accessed via the link: https://digitalstudio.my.id/p11/ (2) the feasibility of the material received an average score of 94% in the very feasible category; (3) the feasibility of the media received an average score of 98% in the very feasible category; and (4) the response of the students received an average score of 94% in the very good category. Based on these results, the Android-based Room Service digital module is declared
highly feasible for use as a learning medium for Culinary Vocational School students.
