PENGAJUAN MASALAH SEMI TERSTRUKTUR KOLABORATIF SISWA SMP BERBANTUAN GEOGEBRA
COLLABORATIVE SEMI-STRUCTURED PROBLEM POSING OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS USING GEOGEBRA
Pengajuan masalah merupakan hal penting dalam belajar matematika karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran, berpikir kritis, dan berpikir kreatif. Namun, masih banyak siswa merasa kesulitan dalam pengajuan masalah. Melalui pengajuan masalah kolaboratif siswa dapat saling bertukar pemahaman. Penggunaan GeoGebra dalam pengajuan masalah dapat membantu siswa berperan aktif memunculkan ide-ide untuk mengkonstruksi masalah baru melalui fitur-fiturnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengajuan masalah semi terstruktur kolaboratif siswa SMP berbantuan GeoGebra. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SMP di Surabaya kelas IX-D semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025 pada rentang usia 14-15 tahun. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui Tes Kemampuan Matematika, Tes Pengajuan Masalah, dan Focus Group Discussion. Subjek penelitian merupakan tiga kelompok homogen pada kemampuan matematika tinggi, sedang, dan rendah yang beranggotakan dua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua kelompok memunculkan keempat indikator pengajuan masalah kolaboratif, yaitu basis pengetahuan, heuristik dan skema pengajuan masalah, dinamika dan interaksi kelompok, serta pertimbangan individu atas kesesuaian. Kedua anggota di kelompok tinggi saling berkontribusi untuk masalah baru yang dibuat sedangkan di kelompok sedang diskusi cenderung dipimpin satu orang dan di kelompok rendah diskusi berlangsung singkat. Temuan penelitian menyatakan kesamaan hasil pengajuan masalah yang dibuat yaitu tetap memunculkan bilangan meskipun situasi awal yang diberikan adalah bangun datar tanpa bilangan tetapi tingkat kesulitan soal yang mereka buat berbeda-beda sesuai tingkat kemampuan matematika. Semua kelompok tidak memiliki masalah selama berdiskusi dan mengungkapkan pendapat dikarenakan kesetaraan kemampuan matematika. Oleh karena itu, perlu penelitian lebih lanjut terkait apakah pengajuan masalah kolaboratif pada kelompok heterogen berbantuan GeoGebra juga berjalan demikian.

Problem posing is important in learning mathematics because it improves reasoning, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills. However, many students still find it difficult to solve problems. Through collaborative problem solving, students can exchange their understanding. The use of GeoGebra in problem posing can help students play an active role in generating ideas to construct new problems through its features. This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the collaborative semi-structured problem posing of junior high school students using GeoGebra. This research was conducted in one of the junior high schools in Surabaya, class IX in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year in the age range of 14-15 years. The research data were collected through Mathematics Ability Test, Problem Posing Test, and Focus Group Discussion. The research subjects were three homogeneous groups of high, medium, and low mathematical ability with two students each. The results showed that all groups displayed all four indicators of collaborative problem posing, namely knowledge base, heuristics and problem posing schemes, group dynamics and interaction, and individual consideration of aptness. Both members in the high group contributed to the new problem created while in the medium group the discussion tended to be led by one person and in the low group the discussion was short. The research findings stated the similarity of the results of the problem submission that was made, which still brought up numbers even though the initial situation given was a flat shapes without numbers but the level of difficulty of the problems they made varied according to the level of mathematical ability. All groups had no problems during discussions and expressing opinions due to equality in mathematical ability. Therefore, further research is needed regarding whether collaborative problem posing using GeoGebra heterogeneous groups also works this way.
