Keanekaragaman Taksonomi Tumbuhan Filicinae di Kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Tretes Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang
Taxonomic Diversity Filicinae in the Area of the Tourism of Waterfall Tretes Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang
Filicinae merupakan tumbuhan paku dengan anggota spesies terbanyak. Anggota Filicinae mencakup kurang lebih 170 marga serta 7000 spesies. Filicinae tumbuh pada keadaan lingkungan berair, lembab dan rindang, seperti Kawasan Air Terjun dengan ketinggian 1100–1300 mdpl. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi keanekaragaman taksonomi Filicinae di kawasan Wisata Air Terjun Tretes Wonosalam. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik eksplorasi dan observasi. Eksplorasi dan observasi dilakukan di Air Terjun Tretes menggunakan empat stasiun dengan metode purposive sampling didasarkan ketinggian, yaitu stasiun 1 (960 mdpl); stasiun 2 (1000 mdpl); stasiun 3 (1100 mdpl); dan stasiun 4 (1200 mdpl). Setiap stasiun menggunakan garis transek dengan ukuran 50 x 5 meter. Observasi dilakukan untuk menentukan tipe tumbuh, karakteristik morfologi dan faktor lingkungan. Identifikasi spesies menggunakan plantamor dan Global Biodiversity Information Facility. Hasil penelitian berupa daftar inventarisasi spesies dan famili dari setiap stasiun. Data spesies dianalisis keanekaragamannya menggunakan keanekaragaman taksonomi dengan rumus ( ) dan keanekaragaman dominansi dengan rumus ( *). Hasil eksplorasi ditemukan 37 spesies dari 12 famili dengan: 10 spesies dari 7 famili di stasiun 1; 12 spesies dari 6 famili di stasiun 2; 14 spesies dari 7 famili di stasiun 3; dan 22 spesies dari 12 famili di stasiun 4. Keanekaragaman taksonomi ( ) tertinggi yaitu stasiun 4 sebanyak 106,8 sedangkan terendah stasiun 1 sebanyak 25,63. Keanekaragaman dominansi ( *) di semua stasiun termasuk kategori sedang.
Filicinae is a fern with the most species members. Members of the Filicinae include approximately 170 genera and 7000 species. Filicinae grows in wet, humid, and shady environmental conditions, such as waterfall areas with an altitude of 1100-1300 meters above sea level. The purpose of the study was to determine the taxonomic diversity of the Filicinae in the Tretes Wonosalam Waterfall Tourism area. This research is descriptive research with exploratory and observation techniques. Exploration and observations were carried out at Tretes waterfall using four stations with the purposive sampling method based on altitude, namely station 1 (960 masl); station 2 (1000 masl); station 3 (1100 masl); and station 4 (1200 masl). Each station uses a line transect with a size of 50 x 5 meters. Observations were made to determine the type of growth, morphological characteristics, and environmental factors. Species identification using plantamor and Global Biodiversity Information Facility. The results of the study were in the form of an inventory list of species and families of each station. Species data were analyzed for diversity using taxonomic diversity with the formula (∆) and dominance diversity with the formula (∆*). Exploration results found 37 species from 12 families with: 10 species from 7 families at station 1; 12 species from 6 families at station 2; 14 species from 7 families at station 3; and 22 species from 12 families at station 4. The highest taxonomic diversity (∆) is station 4 with 106.8 while the lowest for station 1 is 25.63. Dominance diversity (∆*) at all stations in this study was in the medium category.
