INNOVATION OF VILLAGE INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICES BONOREJO GAYAM DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO DISTRICT 

ABSTRAK INOVASI PELAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI DESA BONOREJO KECAMATAN GAYAM KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO Puji Jatmiko NIM 21040674290 Inovasi Sistem Informasi Desa merupakan terobosan jenis pelayanan yang berupa gagasan/ide kreatif orisinal dan/atau adaptasi/ modifikasi yang memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis Inovasi Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Desa Bonorejo Kecamatan Gayam Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan indikator inovasi menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Rogers (2007). Teori tersebut meliputi Relative Advantage (Keuntungan Relative), Compability (Kesesuaian), Complaxity (Kerumitan), Triability (Kemungkinan dicoba), Observability (Kemudahan diamati). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan sistem informasi desa Bonorejo kecamatan gayam kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan website openSID ini dapat dinilai telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari 5 indikator inovasi. Indikator yang pertama yaitu Relative Advantage (Keuntungan Relatif). Keuntungan yang didapat yaitu bukan hanya masyarakat desa saja yang terbantu dengan kemudahan OpenSID namun pemerintah juga terbantu. Yang kedua indikator Compability (Kesesuaian), setelah membandingkan dengan nilai nilai yang ada sebelumnya, beberapa informan menemukan kesesuaian dari segi pemahaman dan peningkatan akan fungsi dan kegunaan aplikasi ini. Lalu indikator ketiga Complaxity (Kerumitan), tingkat kerumitan pada OpenSID tidak sebanding dengan keuntungan dan kemudahan yang didapat. Kerumitan menjadi hal yang wajar. Setelah terbiasa dengan website OpenSID lama kelamaan akan terasa mudah. Indikator keempat Triability (Kemungkinan dicoba), kemungkinan untuk dicoba sangat besar apalagi harapannya untuk mensejahterakan masyarakatnya dan mengefisienkan pengurusan administrasi agar lebih mudah mengurusi segala hal keperluan persuratan dan perizinan. Indikator terakhir Observability (Kemudahan diamati), inovasi ini sangat dinikmati dan memuaskan semua kalangan, baik dari pemerintah desa sendiri maupun non pemerintah/masyarakat desa. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze Information System Service Innovations in Bonorejo Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research was analyzed with innovation indicators using the theory put forward by Rogers (2007). This theory includes Relative Advantage, Compability, Complaxity, Triability, Observability, Observability. The method used is qualitative with data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the information system service innovation in Bonorejo village, Gayam subdistrict, Bojonegoro district using the OpenSID website can be considered to have gone well. This cannot be separated from the 5 indicators of innovation. The first indicator is Relative Advantage. The benefit gained is that not only village communities are helped by the convenience of OpenSID but the government is also helped. The second is the Compability indicator, after comparing it with the previously existing values, several informants found suitability in terms of understanding and increasing the function and usefulness of this application. Then the third indicator is Complaxity, the level of complexity in OpenSID is not commensurate with the benefits and convenience obtained. Complexity is normal. After getting used to the OpenSID website, over time it will feel easy. The fourth indicator is Triability (Possibility of trying), the possibility of trying it is very large, especially with the hope of improving the welfare of the community and making administrative arrangements more efficient so that it is easier to take care of all paperwork and licensing needs. The final indicator of Observability (Ease of Observation), this innovation is really enjoyed and satisfies all groups, both from the village government itself and non-government/village communities.
