Kelayakan Buku Pengenalan "Keanekaragaman Paku-Pakuan" Sebagai Sumber Belajar
The Feasibility Of Book "Diversity Of Ferns" As Learning Resource
Sumber belajar adalah keseluruhan sumber yang dapat dipergunakan oleh siswa atau kelompok meliputi pengguna, alat, bahan, pesan teknik, dan tempat yang digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan sumber belajar perlu dilakukan secara sistematik, efektif dan fungsional. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu menghasilkan buku pengenalan “keanekaragaman paku-pakuan” yang layak sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan acuan dari model pengembangan intruksional Fenrich dengan enam tahapan yang meliputi: tahap analisis, perencanaan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan tahap evaluasi serta dilakukan revisi pada setiap tahapan. Instrumen berupa lembar validasi dan angket respons guru. Penentuan kelayakan teoritis buku mengacu pada hasil validasi dan kelayakan empiris ditinjau berdasarkan hasil respons guru yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis didapat dari penilaian validasi yang dilakukan oleh dua orang ahli taksonomi dan satu orang ahli pendidikan. Validasi terdiri dari 13 pertanyaan dengan tiga aspek penilaian yang meliputi: penyajian buku, bahasa, dan isi buku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelayakan teoretis buku sebesar 91,67% dengan interpretasi sangat layak. Kelayakan empiris berdasarkan respons positif tentang penyajian, bahasa, dan isi buku diberikan oleh enam guru biologi, yakni sebesar 98,48%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara empiris buku yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat layak.

Learning sources are all sources that can be used by students or groups including people, materials, messages, tools, techniques, and places used to facilitate learning activities so that they are expected to improve student learning outcomes. The development of learning source should be done systematically, effectively and functionally. This study aims was to produce an introduction book on "diversity of ferns" which was appropriate as a learning source. The research was conducted used Fernrich's instructional development model with six stages including: the analysis, planning, designing, development, implementation and evaluation stage and revisions were made at each stage. The instruments are form validation sheets and teacher response questionnaires. The determination of theoretical feasibility based on the validation results and empirical feasibility was determined by the teacher's response which was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The validation assessment was carried out by two taxonomists and one education expert. Validation consists of 13 questions with three aspects of assessment which including: book presentation, language, and book content. The results showed that the theoretical feasibility based on the validation results was 91.67% with a very feasible interpretation. Six biology teachers gave the empirical feasibility based on positive responses about the presentation, language and contents of the book, namely 98.48%. These results indicate that empirically the book developed was very feasible category.
