CALCULATION OF ENRICHMENT FACTOR (EF) IN CHLORAMPHENICOL ANALYSIS IN SHRIMP WITH VARIATION OF CONCENTRATION USING MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi kloramfenikol dengan variasi 10, 25, 50 ppm pada udang terhadap nilai enrichment factor (EF) pada proses adsorpsi desorpsi menggunakan Molecular Imprinted Polymer (MIP) . Enrichment factor merupakan penjelasan dari seberapa besar pemekatan yang terjadi dalam analit dari sampel ke pelarut. NilaiEF diperoleh berdasarkan hasil perhitungan adsorpsi-desorpsi kloramfenikol menggunakan polimer cetak molekul sebagai adsorben. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai EF terbaik padavariasi konsentrasi kloramfenikol 50 ppm dengan perolehan nilai EF sebesar 120,086%. Pada uji Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) menunjukkan ukuran pori pada Polimer Blanko (PB), Non Imprinted Polymer (NIP), Molecular Imprinted Polymer (MIP) masing-masing sebesar 12, 18, 23 nm. Nilai batas deteksi (LOD) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,0981 µg/mL dan nilai batas kuantitasi (LOQ) sebesar 0,3273 µg/mL. Pada batas deteksi (LOD) 0,0981 µg/mL tidak ditemukan kadar kloramfenikol dalam udang yang diteliti.
This research aims to determine the effect of chloramphenicol concentration in shrimp toward the value of enrichment factor (EF) in the adsorption-desorption process using Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) as adsorbent. The enrichment factor describes how much analyte concentration is transferred from the sample to the solvent. In this research, the highest enrichment factor (EF) value was obtuined for chloramphenicol concentration of 50 ppm which was 120,086%. The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analysis showed that the sizes of Blank Polymer (PB), Non-Imprinted Polymer (NIP), and Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) were 12, 18, and 23 nm, respectively. The detection limit value (LOD) was 0.0981 μg/mL, and the quantitation limit value (LOQ) was 0.3273 μg/mL. At this limit of detection (LOD) no chloramphenicol was detected in the analyzed shrimp.
