The physical fitness level survey of public junior high School student in madiun

Kebugaran jasmani ialah kemampuan atau kesanggupan tubuh dalam melakukan penyesuaian terhadap pembebasan fisik yang diberikan kepadanya tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berlebihan. Setiap orang membutuhkan kebugaran jasmani yang baik agar dapat melakukan aktivitas dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengguanakan review literatur dengan menggunakan 10 jurnal sebagai data yang di review yang terbit pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2020 dengan mencari di Google Scholar dan situs web DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), ScienceDirect, Academia.edu. Pencarian dilakukan dengan memasukkan 26 sumber, 10 diantaranya digunakan sebagai data yang berhubungan dengan artikel yang akan di review. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang baik membawa dampak positif untuk prestasi belajar siswa sekolah menengah. Berdasarkan hasil review literatur dari beberapa sumber dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang baik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Serta kebugaran jasmani yang baik dapat mempengaruhi prestasi akademik peserta didik serta kesehatan mental yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani sangat berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan peserta didik. Kebugaran jasmani dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan olahraga yang diberikan di sekolah. Kebugaran yang dimiliki peserta didik berbeda-beda tergantung umur dan jenis kelamin serta bagaimana dia melakukan aktivitas fisik dalam sehari-hari. Untuk mengetahui baik buruknya kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki seseorang perlu melakukan tes lapangan, tes yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani yaitu tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia (TKJI).

Physical fitness is the body's ability or ability to make adjustments to the physical deliverance given to it without experiencing excessive fatigue. Everyone needs good physical fitness in order to carry out activities effectively and efficiently. This study aims to obtain a description of the physical fitness of junior high school students. The method used in this study is a literature review using 10 journals as reviewed data published in 2010 to 2020 by searching on Google Scholar and the DOAJ website (Directory of Open Access Journals), ScienceDirect, Academia.edu. The search was carried out by entering 26 sources, 10 of which were used as data related to the articles to be reviewed. A good level of physical fitness has a positive impact on the learning achievement of high school students. Based on the results of literature review from several sources, it can be concluded that a good level of physical fitness is influenced by several factors. As well as good physical fitness can affect the academic achievement of students and the mental health of students. So it can be concluded that physical fitness is very influential for the growth of students. Physical fitness can be improved through sports education provided in schools. The fitness of students varies depending on age and gender and how they perform physical activities in everyday life. To find out whether one's physical fitness is good or bad, a person needs to do a field test, a test that is often used to measure physical fitness, namely the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI).
