EVALUASI PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A TK TAMAN ANANDA WIYUNG SURABAYA

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi pada program pembelajaran motorik halus di TK Taman Ananda yang berjalan bertahun-tahun tanpa banyak perubahan. Penelitain evaluasi digunakan untuk mengetahui dan melihat sejauh mana keefektifan tujuan program pengembangan motorik halus yang sedang berjalan di instalasi sekolah TK Taman Ananda. Jenis penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep Miles and Huberman yaitu 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data 4)verifikasi data/kesimpulan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) program pengembangan motorik halus di TK Taman Ananda tidak mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sebab perangkat pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan STPPA dan terjadi kesalahan Kompetensi Dasar (2) perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan telah sesuai dan lengkap (KTSP,Prosem dan RKTK), serta perangkat yang kurang sesuai (RPPM dan RPPH) dan tidak tersedia (program supervisi dan silabus) 3) perangkat pembelajaran berpengaruh penting terhadap keefektifan pengembangan motorik halus anak.

This research was set background by the program of learning fine motoric in Taman Ananda Kindergarten which ran for years without any much changing. This evaluation research was used to know and look how far the effectiveness of the purpose of developing fine motoric program was which was running in the school installation of Taman Ananda kindergarten. This evaluation research applied qualitative research.
The technique of data analysis used the concepts of Miles and Huberman i.e. 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, 4) data verification / conclusion. The methods of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation while the technique of data validation used triangulation.
The research results were 1) the program of developing fine motoric in Taman Ananda kindergarten did not reach the learning purpose because the learning instrument was not suitable with STPPA and there was error basic competency, 2) the learning instrument used had been suitable and complete i.e. KTSP, Prosem, and RKTK, and less suitable instrument i.e. RPPM and RPPH and unavailable i.e. supervision program and syllabus, 3) the learning instrument importantly influenced toward the effectiveness of developing children’s fine motoric.
