Di era digital, kualitas teknis website menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan transformasi layanan publik berbasis daring. Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) merupakan platform digital yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Sosial RI untuk mendukung pengelolaan data dan distribusi bantuan sosial secara terintegrasi. Namun, performa website SIKS-NG masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan teknis yang dapat memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa website SIKS-NG yang digunakan di Kelurahan Lambeyan Kulon, Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan alat Google Lighthouse. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan empat parameter utama: performance, accessibility, best practices, dan SEO.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan evaluatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor performance sebesar 57 (kategori sedang), accessibility 85, best practices 96, dan SEO 100. Analisis mendalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama pada waktu pemuatan elemen terbesar (Largest Contentful Paint) yang mencapai 3,4 detik, serta pemrosesan JavaScript yang belum optimal. Sementara itu, aspek aksesibilitas dan optimasi mesin pencari menunjukkan implementasi yang baik sesuai standar web modern.
Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sejumlah perbaikan teknis, seperti kompresi gambar, minifikasi kode CSS/JavaScript, serta peningkatan navigasi dan struktur konten. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan strategis bagi pengelola website layanan publik dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keterjangkauan layanan berbasis web

In the digital era, the technical quality of websites is a key indicator of the success of online public service transformation. The Social Welfare Information System to Next Generation (SIKS-NG) is a digital platform developed by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs to support the integrated management and distribution of social assistance. However, the SIKS-NG website still faces several technical challenges that may affect user experience. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the SIKS-NG website used in Lambeyan Kulon Subdistrict, Magetan Regency, using the Google Lighthouse tool. The evaluation focuses on four key parameters, performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO.
The research method employed is descriptive quantitative with an evaluative approach. The test results show a performance score of 57 (moderate category), accessibility 85, best practices 96, and SEO 100. In-depth analysis identified major issues with the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), which reached 3.4 seconds, and suboptimal JavaScript processing. On the other hand, accessibility and search engine optimization aspects showed strong implementation aligned with modern web standards.
This study recommends several technical improvements, such as image compression, CSS/JavaScript minification, and enhancement of navigation and content structure. The findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for public service website administrators in improving efficiency and accessibility in web-based services.
