Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui diskriminasi siswa disabilitas di sekolah inklusi serta peran sekolah inklusi dalam memberikan keadilan bagi siswa disabilitas. Jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori kekerasan simbolik Pierre Bourdieu. Lokasi penelitian di SDN Sidosermo, Jl.Sidosermo,Wonocolo Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian diskriminasi siswa disabilitas disekolah inklusi berasal dari guru dan siswa non disabilitas diskriminasi cenderung ke arah kekerasan simbolik. Diskriminasi siswa disabilitas lebih pada pemberian labeling mendapatkan perkataan, dan peringatan. Siswa disabilitas juga mendapatkan perlakuan yang berbeda dikucilkan dan dibedakan.Sekolah berperan untuk memberikan kualitas pendidikan bagi siswa khususnya siswa disabilitas, peran sekolah melakukan pendampingan pada siswa disabilitas dalam pembelajaran dan aktivitas di luar sekolah serta sekolah juga mengadakan pertemuan orang tua untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswa disabilitas
The study aims to determine the discrimination of disabled students in inclusive schools and the role inclusive schools providing justice for students with disabilities. This type research qualitative approach using Pierre Bourdieu theory of symbolic violence. Location SDN Sidosermo, Jl. Sidosermo, Wonocolo City of Surabaya. The results the study of discrimination among students with disabilities in inclusive schools came from teachers and non-disabled students discrimination tended towards symbolic violence. Discrimination disability students on labeling gets word, and warnings. Disability students also get different treatment isolated and differentiated. Schools play a role in providing quality education for students, especially students with disabilities, schools assisting students with disabilities in learning and activities outside school and schools also holding parent meetings to find out the development students with disabilities
