FUNGSI ACTUATING DALAM KUALITAS PELAYANAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN BATIK NEOTRAL PADA WARGA BELAJAR DI LKP NEUTRAL PONOROGO

THE FUNCTION OF ACTUATING IN SERVICE QUALITY OF THE NEUTRAL BATIK TRAINING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE PARTICIPATION OF LEARNERS AT NEUTRAL LKP PONOROGO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi

actuating dalam kualitas pelayanan pada program pelatihan batik

neotral pada partisipasi warga belajar di LKP Neutral Ponorogo

serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat

yang memengaruhi keberhasilan program pelatihan batik neotral

dalam peningkatan partisipasi terhadap warga belajar di LKP

Neutral Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif

dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah

Pengelola LKP, Tutor, dan Warga Belajar. Teknik pengumpulan

data yang digunakan ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan

studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan

teori miles dan huberman yakni kondensasi data, display data, dan

penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji

kredibilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan transferbilitas.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi actuating dalam

kualitas pelayanan program pelatihan batik neotral ini diterapkan

dengan baik dan didukung berbagai faktor pendukung seperti

fasilitas yang memadai dan standar kompetensi tutor sehinggaiii

mampu untuk menciptakan program pelatihan batik neotral yang

berkualitas dan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi warga belajar

sehingga banyak warga belajar yang telibat aktif untuk ikut serta

mengembangkan program pelatihan seperti ikut sebagai pengrajin

dalam produksi batik neotral.

This research aims to describe the actuating function in the quality

of service in the neotral batik training program on the participation of

learning residents at LKP Neutral Ponorogo and to describe the

supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the success of the neotral

batik training program in increasing participation of learning residents

at LKP Neutral Ponorogo. This type of research is descriptive research

with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are LKP

Managers, Tutors, and Learning Citizens. The data collection techniques

used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies.

The data analysis used uses Miles and Huberman theory, namely data

condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the

data is carried out by testing credibility, dependability, confirmability and

transferability. The results of the research show that the actuating

function in the service quality of this neotral batik training program is

implemented well and is supported by various supporting factors such as

adequate facilities and tutor competency standards so that it is able to

create a quality neotral batik training program and is able to increase

student participation so that many people learn. who are actively involved

in developing training programs such as participating as craftsmen in the

production of neotral batik.
