INDIVIDUALISM OF BAYU ACTION IN YOWIS BEN MOVIIE (SEMIOTIC JOHN FISKE THEORY)

             Perkembangan karya sastra Jawa pada zaman sekarang khususnya dalam revolusi industri 5.0 telah berkembang pesat, khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan, banyaknya pembaharuan dan digitalisasi yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan akses yang bisa dijangkau oleh masakarat sangatlah besar, seperti hal nya banyaknya karya sastra yang diadopsi menjadi film, salah satunya yaiku film Yowis Ben yang digarap oleh Fajar Nugros dan Bayu Skak.Seperti film pada umumnya, ada pesan yang ingin ditunjukkan kepada penonton, salah satu pesan tersebut tidak lepas dari sipat pemeran utama laki –laki yang memiliki sifat Individualis yang meliputi percaya diri, mandiri, dan egois. Pada penilitian ini berfokus bagaimana pengambaran Individualis dalam film “Yowis Ben” dengan menggunakan teori Semiotika John Fiske.

           Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) Bagaimana wujud Individualis yang bersifat percaya diri dalam pemeran Bayu jika dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. 2) Bagaimana wujud Individualis yang bersifat mandiri dalam pemeran Bayu jika dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. 3) Bagaimana wujud Individualis yang bersifat mandiri dalam pemeran Bayu jika dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan wujud dari Individualis pemeran Bayu yang bersifat percaya diri dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. 2) Mendeskripsikan wujud dari individualis pemeran Bayu yang bersifat mandiri dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. 3) Mendeskripsikan wujud dari individualis pemeran Bayu yang bersifat egois dilihat dari level realitas, representasi, dan ideologi.

          Kajian penelitian ini menguunakan Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang berwujud bahasa lisan dan cuplikan scene yang ada dalam film. Bagi menganisis dari representasi Individualis, Teori Semiotika John Fiske digunakan sebagai landasan kajian yang akan melalui dari tiga level proses kode dalam film yaitu realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. Selanjutnya, penulis melakukan pendataan dengan mengambil scene yang memuat wujud individualis bersifat percaya diri, mandiri, egois dan menganalisis kode berupa adegan dan dialog yang ada dalam scene tersebut.

            Bedasarkan uraian diatas, hasil penelitian ini adalah wujud individualis pemeran Bayu dalam film Yowis Ben terdapat tiga bagian antara lain, 11) Level realitas yaitu dalam bentuk ekspresi, latar tempat dan pakaian yang digunakan oleh pemeran utama dalam film “Yowis Ben” mengenai sifat percaya diri, mandiri, dan egois. 2) Level representasi yang berisi dialog dari pemeran utama mengenai sifat percaya diri, mandiri, dan egois. 3) Level idiologi, mengenai gambaran dari level realitas dan representasi menunjukkan ideologi dalam film tersebut

          The development of Javanese literary works today, especially in the industrial revolution 5.0, has grown rapidly, especially in the world of education, the amount of renewal and digitalisation carried out to gain access that can be reached by the public is very large, as is the case with the many literary works adopted into films, one of which is the film Yowis Ben which was worked on by Fajar Nugros and Bayu Skak.Like films in general, there are messages that want to be shown to the audience, one of these messages cannot be separated from the male lead character who has Individualist traits which include self-confidence, independence, and selfishness. This research focuses on how the depiction of Individualism in the film ‘Yowis Ben’ using John Fiske's Semiotics theory.

           The formulation of the problems in this study are 1) How is the form of Individualist who is confident in the cast of Bayu when viewed from the level of reality, representation, and ideology. 2) How is the form of Individualist who is independent in Bayu's character when viewed from the level of reality, representation, and ideology. 3) How is the form of Individualist who is independent in Bayu's character when viewed from the level of reality, representation, and ideology. This research aims to 1) Describe the form of Bayu's Individualist who is self-confident as seen from the level of reality, representation, and ideology. 2) Describe the form of Bayu's individualist who is independent in terms of reality, representation, and ideology. 3) Describing the form of individualism of Bayu who is selfish seen from the level of reality, representation, and ideology.

          This research study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of spoken language and scene footage in the film. To analyse the representation of Individualism, John Fiske's Semiotic Theory is used as the basis of the study that will go through three levels of code process in the film, namely reality, representation, and ideology. Furthermore, the author conducts data collection by taking scenes that contain a form of individualism that is confident, independent, selfish and analyses the code in the form of scenes and dialogue in the scene.

            Based on the description above, the results of this study are the individualist form of Bayu's character in the film Yowis Ben, there are three parts, among others 11). The level of reality is in the form of expressions, setting and clothing used by the main character in the film ‘Yowis Ben’ regarding the nature of confidence, independence, and selfishness. 2) Level of representation which contains dialogue from the main character about the nature of confidence, independence, and selfishness. 3) The level of idiology, regarding the description of the level of
