Pengelolaan program P5BK untuk meningkatkan citra lembaga melalui proyek Kebekerjaan (Studi Kasus SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang)

Management of the P5BK program to improve the image of the institution through the Employment project (Case Study of SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang)

ABSTRAK

 Kurikulum merdeka merupakan gagasan baru dari Kemendikbud. Salah 

satunya adalah di sekolah menengah kejurusan (SMK) dimana kurikulumnya 

adalah P5BK (Proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila Budaya Kerja) memiliki 9 

tema yang menarik. Tim pengelolaan P5BK haruslah memahami 9 tema tersebut 

yang dapat diaplikasikan dengan keadaan sekolahnya. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari 

penelitian ini untuk menganilisis dan mendeskripsikan 1). Perencanaan, 2). 

Pengorganisasian, 3).Pengarahan, 4).Pengkoordinasian, 5). Pengawasan terhadap 

Pengelolaan P5BK untuk meningkatkan citra Lembaga melalui proyek 

kebekerjaan. Tempat penelitian ini di SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang terletak di Jl. 

Simpang Haru, Kota Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Smk ini memiliki 4 program 

keahlian. Antara lain; 1. Akuntansi, 2. Pemasaran, 3. Administrasi Perkantoran, 4. 

Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif 

dengan cara menelaah data secara deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 

Wakasek Kurikulum, Wakasek Humas, Koordinator P5BK, dan 2 Peserta didik. 

Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. 

Citra lembaga pada penelitian dilihat dari hasil akhir dari P5BK tema Kebekerjaan 

sebagai bahan presentasi untuk mempromosikan SMK ini ke sekolah SMP yang 

dituju. 

 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan P5BK untuk meningkatkan 

citra Lembaga melalui proyek kebekerjaan dikatakan berhasil karena sudah 

memenuhi standar modul P5BK dan Kerjasama tim yang baik. Sehingga dapat 

memberikan dampak yang baik citra Lembaga

ABSTRACT

The independent curriculum is a new idea from the Ministry of Education and 

Culture. One of them is in vocational high schools (SMK) where the curriculum is 

P5BK (Project for strengthening the profile of Pancasila Work Culture students) 

which has 9 interesting themes. The P5BK management team must understand 

these 9 themes which can be applied to the school situation. The place of this 

research is at SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang located on Jl. Simpang Haru, Padang City, 

West Sumatra Province. This vocational school has 4 skills programs. Among 

others; 1. Accounting, 2. Marketing, 3. Office Administration, 4. Computer and 

Network Engineering. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing data 

descriptively. The subjects in this research were the Deputy Head of Curriculum, 

the Deputy Head of Public Relations, the P5BK Coordinator, and 2 students. Data 

collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The image of 

the institution in the research is seen from the final results of the P5BK with the 

theme of Employment as presentation material to promote this vocational school to 

the target junior high school.

 The research results show that the management of P5BK to improve the image 

of the Institution through work projects is said to be successful because it meets the 

standards of the P5BK module and good teamwork. So that it can have a good 

impact on the image of the institution
