The Resilience in Students Who Have Family Problems and Work but Graduate On Time
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor protektif resiliensi serta proses membangun resiliensi pada partisipan yang lulus tepat waktu. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga partisipan alumni mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2017. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara semi terstruktur yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Ditemukan faktor pelindung resiliensi antara lain regulasi diri dan optimisme. Proses resiliensi yang dilakukan terdiri dari bercerita dengan teman dan dukungan yang termasuk proses survival, melakukan hal yang disukai dan hobi termasuk proses recovery, dan memiliki tujuan hidup termasuk proses thriving.
This study aims to determine the protective factors of resilience and the process of building resilience in participants who are able to graduate on time. The participants of this study consisted of three participants who were alumni of psychology students class 2017. The method used in this research is qualitative using a case study approach. The data collection technique is done by means of semi-structured interviews and will be analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The protective factors for resilience is emotion regulation and optimism. The process of resilience carried out consisted of telling stories with friends and have a supports included in survival process, doing things they liked and doing hobbies included in recovery process, and having life goals included in thriving process.
