Bullying is an act of intimidation in the form of
violence or coercion by a stronger party against a weaker party. The Wants,
Direction and Doing, Evaluation and Planning procedure is one of the procedures
in reality counseling that can help students to know their desires and goals,
evaluate their behavior, and plan better steps. Meanwhile, Character Strengths
and Virtues are qualities of nature that remain continuous and eternal so that
they can be used as characteristics to identify a person, an object or event.
The Wants, Direction &
Doing, Evaluation and Planning procedure contains the values of Character Strengths and Virtues on the
characters of kindness, fairness, self-regulation and empathy chosen to reduce
bullying behavior because it is expected that students are able to learn and
apply the character values of kindness, justice, self-regulation and empathy
so that they can guide them in behaving and behaving well. The purpose of this
research was to develop, compile, and produce a procedural guidebook containing
the values of Character Strengths and Virtues (Wants, Direction, Doing, Evaluation,
and Planning). This guidebook meets acceptability criteria, including
usability, feasibility, accuracy, and appropriateness in reducing bullying
behavior in junior high school students. It also examines the effectiveness of
the procedural guidebook containing the values of Character Strengths and Virtues (kindness,
fairness, self-regulation, and empathy) in reducing bullying behavior in junior
high school students through the implementation of group counseling services.
The subjects of this study were guidance and counseling (BK) teachers.

who had bullied.
The research design was research
and development (R&D), using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development,
Implement, and Evaluation) model. This model will be used to develop and test
the effectiveness of the procedural guidebook containing the values of Character Strengths and Virtues (Wants,
Direction, Doing, Evaluation, and Planning). The data collection instrument used
was a bullying behavior questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the
research data was descriptive statistical analysis based on the expert team's
opinions. To measure the effectiveness of the implementation of the Wants,
Direction, and Doing, Evaluation, and Planning procedural guidebook containing
Character Strengths and Virtues values, a Paired Sample T-test with a One-Group
Pretest-Posttest design was used.
Based
on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: the developed
Wants, Direction & Doing, Evaluation, and Planning procedural guidebook
