Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui kesesuaian teknologi pembelajaran virtual terhadap lingkungan sosial pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya dan memberikan usulan model dengan menggunakan metode tugas teknologi yang fit (Task Technology Fit), kesuksesan sistem informasi (Delone & McLean Information System Success Model 2003) dan motivasi sosial (Social Motivation).Model teori yang digunakan adalah gabungan dari model teori tugas teknologi yang fit (Task Technology Fit), model teori kesuksesan sistem informasi (Delone & McLean IS Success Model 2003) dan motivas sosial (Social Motivation).Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Pendefinisian Object Penelitian(2) Studi Literatur(3) Perumusan Masalah(4) Mencari Variabel dari Setiap Aspek (5) Mengelompokkan Variabel (6) Perumusan Model Riset(7) Validasi(8) Modifikasi Model(9) Kesimpulan dan Saran.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling)dengan bantuan tool smartPLS versi 3.8. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari seluruh fakultas di Universitas Negeri Surabaya yaitu sebanyak 1256 mahasiswa dari 3 angkatan. Terdapat 18hipotesis yang berpengaruh positif dan19 hipotesis yang signifikan.

This aims of this study is to determine the suitability of virtual learning technology on social environment of universitas negeri surabaya students and to provide model proposals using task technology fit, information system success (Delone & McLean IS Success Model 2003) and social motivation ( Social Motivation). The theoretical model used is a combination of Task Technology Fit, information system success theory models (Delone & McLean IS Success Model 2003) and Social Motivation. There are nine steps in this study which are; (1) Defining Research Objects (2) Literature Study (3) Problem Formulation (4) Finding Variables from Each Aspect (5) Grouping Variables (6) Formulating Research Models (7) Validation (8) Model Modifications ( 9) Conclusions and Suggestions. The techniques of data analysis used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of version 3.8 smartPLS tool. The respondents of this study were students from all faculties in universitas negeri surabaya, which are 1256 students from 3 classes. There are 18 hypotheses which have a positive effect and 19 significant hypotheses.
