Understanding Students' Perspective of ManageBac Usage: UTAUT2 Model Approach with Learning Value and Information Quality

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana ManageBac sebagai salah satu Learning Management System (LMS) digunakan di Singapore School Kelapa Gading untuk membantu kegiatan akademik melalui perspektif siswa, menggunakan model UTAUT2 dengan Information Quality (IQ) dan Learning Value (LV). ) variabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan explanatory, menggunakan Variance-Based Sctructural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) sebagai teknik analisis data dengan aplikasi GSCA Pro dan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang terdiri dari tiga puluh item sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Populasinya adalah siswa SMA Singapore School Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah 112 siswa dan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan memasukkan semua siswa sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BI, HT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap LV dan UB, IQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap UB tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap LV, LV berpengaruh signifikan terhadap UB, dan BI tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap UB. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan tentang faktor pendorong penggunaan ManageBac serta rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk memasukkan variabel IQ dan LV dalam menganalisis penerimaan LMS.

This research aims to analyze how ManageBac as one of the Learning Management System (LMS) is used in Singapore School Kelapa Gading to help with the academic activities through the students’ perspective, using UTAUT2 model with Information Quality (IQ) and Learning Value (LV) variables. This research is a quantitative and explanatory research, using Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) as the data analysis technique with GSCA Pro application and uses questionnaire with Likert scale consisting of thirty items as the data collection technique. The population is the high school students of Singapore School Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta with the total of 112 students and using saturation sampling method to include all of the students as the sample. The result shows that PE has significant influence to BI, HT has significant influence to LV and UB, IQ has significant influence to UB but not to LV, LV has significant influence to UB, and BI doesn’t have significant influence to UB. This research can provide insights of driving factors of the ManageBac usage as well as recommendations for future research to include IQ and LV the variables in analyzing acceptance of LMS.
