The
purpose of this research is to determine (1) feasibility of learning video
media on dry coloring techniques for party fashion design, (2) result of
learning dry coloring techniques for party fashion design using video medai,
and (3) students responses to video media as a technique learning media dry coloring
on party fashion design.
This type of research is development research with
the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation)
research model approach. Data was collected using instruments, tests, and
questionnaires. Instruments are used to obtain quantitative data regarding
feasibility validation and quantitative data in the form of suggestions from
experts regarding video media, while tests are used to obtain quantitative data
about student learning outcomes and questionnaires are used to obtain
quantitative data about student responses after being given video learning
media treatment.
The
results of the research show that : (1) the result of the feasibility of
learning video media in terms of three aspects obtained an average asessment
result, namely for the media aspect 3,6; material aspects 3,7 ; and language
aspects 3,7 ; with the average score from the three experts, namely 3,7, it was
declared very feasible, (2) student learning outcomes were obtained from the
average cognitive and psychomotor scores which showed that 100% of students
were declared classically complete, (3) student responses received an average
percentage of 90% with a very positive category. Based on the results of this
research, it can be concluded that the video media for learning dry coloring
techniques for party clothing is suitable for use in learning, can improve
student learning outcomes in both the cognitive and psychomotor domains, and
get a good response from students in the learning process.
