KAJIAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 TAHUN 2021 PADA MASYARAKAT DESA TUWIRI KULON, KECAMATAN MERAKURAK, KABUPATEN TUBAN.
ASSESSMENT OF COVID-19 VACCINATION IN 2021 IN THE COMMUNITY OF TUWIRI KULON VILLAGE, MERAKURAK DISTRICT, TUBAN REGENCY.
Abstrak
Data Puskesmas Temandang menunjukkan bahwa kesediaan masyarakat melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 Desa Tuwiri Kulon memiliki presentase terendah pada tahun 2021 dengan total 45 %. Tujuannya adalah peneliti menganalisis 1) pengaruh pendidikan, pekerjaan, umur, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan tentang Covid-19, sikap tentang Covid-19, status perkawinan, riwayat penyakit, dan status ekonomi terhadap kesediaan masyarakat melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 dan 2) faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kesediaan masyarakat melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Desa Tuwiri Kulon, Kecamatan Merakurak, Kabupaten Tuban.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dengan desain studi case-control, subjek kasus 63 responden yang telah divaksinasi Covid-19 dan 63 responden yang belum divaksinasi Covid-19 sebagai subjek kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data.
Hasil penelitian: 1) Uji chi square tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh di wilayah RW1 (p=0,001) odd ratio 24,375. Sikap tentang Covid-19 berpengaruh di wilayah RW1 (p=0,017) odd ratio 7,86 RW2 (p=0,016) odd ratio 7,8 RW3 (p=0,011) odd ratio 11,7 RW4 (p=0,014) odd ratio 15. Riwayat penyakit berpengaruh di wilayah RW2 (p=0,000) odd ratio 0,66 dan RW3 (p=0,001) odd ratio 0.03. Status ekonomi berpengaruh di wilayah RW2 (p=0,038) odd ratio 5,958. 2) Uji regresi logistik berganda, RW1 sikap tentang Covid-19 (p= 0,010) dan status pernikahan (p=0,047), RW2 tingkat pendidikan (p=0,003), RW3 riwayat penyakit (p=0,003), RW4 sikap tentang Covid-19 (p=0,014) dan riwayat penyakit (p=0,060).

Abstract
According to data from the Temandang Health Center, the community's willingness to vaccinate against Covid-19 in Tuwiri Kulon Village has the lowest percentage in 2021, with a total of 45%. The aim is that researchers analyze 1) the influence of education, occupation, age, gender, knowledge about Covid-19, attitudes about Covid-19, marital status, disease history, and economic status on people's willingness to vaccinate Covid-19 and 2) factors that most influence the community’s willingness to vaccinate against Covid-19 in Tuwiri Kulon Village, Meraurak Sub-district, Tuban District.
