PENGARUH LATIHANWEIGHT TRAINING DAN BODY WEIGHT TRAINING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SHOOTINGBOLA BASKET
THE EFFECT OF WEIGHT TRAINING AND BODY WEIGHT TRAINING ON BASKETBALL SHOOTING ABILITY
Tembakan atau shooting dalam permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu teknik dasar yang selalu mendapat perhatian. Kemenangan dalam suatu pertandingan bola basket ditentukan oleh banyaknya bola yang dapat dimasukkan ke keranjang lawan. Berdasarkan akumulasi memasukkan bola ke keranjang lawan menentukan kemenangan dan kekalahan suatu regu.
Agar shooting selalu tepat pada sasaran, maka dibutuhkan latihan daya ledak atau power untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dalam melakukan shooting. Oleh karena itu latihan-latihan yang lain seperti weight training maupun body weight training sangat diperlukan pada ketepatan shooting. Peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh latihan weight training dan body weight training terhadap kemampuan shooting bola basket.
Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan metode Quasi Experimen Design pendekatan dengan “(Pretest and Post-test Design” untuk melihat Pengaruh Latihan Weight Training dan Body Weight Training Terhadap Shooting Bola Basket . Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 2 kelompok A menggunakan lat Weight Training, B menggunakan Body Weight Training, dimana pemilihan kelompok tersebut menggunakan Ordinal pairing. Untuk Pretest dan Post-test menggunakan tes akurasi shooting bola basket.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil dari perbandingan latihan weight training
mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35% sedangkan pada latihan body weight training mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30%.

Shooting in a basketball game is one of the basic techniques that always gets attention. Winning in a basketball match is determined by the number of balls that can be put in the opponent's basket. Based on the accumulation of putting the ball in the opponent's basket, it determines the victory and defeat of a team.
So that shooting is always right on target, it takes power training to increase the speed of shooting. Therefore, other exercises such as weight training and body weight training are needed for shooting accuracy. Researchers wanted to know the effect of weight training and body weight training on basketball shooting skills.
This research is an experimental research with a Quasi Experiment Design method with "(Pretest and Post-test Design" approach to see the effect of weight training and body weight training on shooting basketball. In this study, there were 2 groups A using lat Weight Training, B using Body Weight Training, where the selection of the group using Ordinal pairing. For the pretest and post- test using the basketball shooting accuracy test 30%.
