MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM MERDEKA DALAM MENINGKATKAN POTENSI PESERTA DIDIK DI YAYASAN SEKOLAH ALAM CITRA INSANI (SACI) LAMONGAN
INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT IN INCREASING THE POTENTIAL OF STUDENTS IN THE ALAM CITRA INSANI SECHOOL FOUNDATION (SACI) LAMONGAN
Di Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan perkembangan kurikulum yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Sehingga terjadinya perubahan kurikulum yang mulanya kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka yang telah diterapkan di satuan pendidikan di Indonesia. pendidikan dibutuhkan peranan kurikulum dalam pelaksanaan selama prosesnya. Diperlukannya manajemen kurikulum yang berkualitas agar penerapan kurikulum dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan potensi peserta didik. Karena kurikulum yang terarah dan terencana dengan baik akan lebih jelas terkait apa dan bagaimana yang perlu diterapkan sekolah pada kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kemampuan satuan pendidikan tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, evaluasi kurikulum, serta dukungan dan peran warga sekolah dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan. Dan lokasi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pemikiran bahwa manajemen kurikulum merupakan suatu sistem kurikulum yang berorientasi pada produktifitas dimana kurikulum tersebut berorientasi pada peserta didik. Kurikulum menjadi pedoman penting dalam pelaksanaan belajar mengajar yang meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, serta evaluasi.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data diantaranya observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Adapun uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas melalui triangulasi dan membercheck, uji transferbilitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji objektivitas.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan manajemen kurikulum di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan dimulai dari perencanaan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan oleh pimpinan yayasan, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, fasilitator, dan komite ketika tahun ajaran baru setiap semester melalui rapat kerja. Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kurikulum merdeka mandiri berbagi dengan 4 muatan khusus yang berisi program-program dengan tujuan peserta didik dapat meningkatkan potensi masing-masing. Program 4 muatan khusus tersebut meliputi Tahfidz, Entrepreneurship, Pengembangan bakat, dan digitalisasi. Evaluasi kurikulum dilaksanakan melalui evaluasi formal dan evaluasi informal. Evaluasi formal dilaksanakan setiap bulan maupun setiap semester dengan diikuti oleh seluruh pihak yayasan dengan tujuan membahas seluruh kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dan peningkatan peserta didik. Evaluasi informal dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan refleksi oleh fasilitator kepada peserta didik ketika selesai pembelajaran. Adanya dukungan dan peran warga sekolah maupun sarana prasarana yang memadai membuat manajemen kurikulum di Yayasan Sekolah Alam Citra Insani (SACI) Lamongan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan sekolah.

Indonesia currently requires curriculum development that can improve students' abilities. So that there was a change in the curriculum, which was originally the 2013 curriculum to become an merdeka curriculum that has been implemented in educational units in Indonesia. Education requires the role of the curriculum in implementation during the process. Quality curriculum management is needed so that the application of the curriculum in learning activities can increase the competence and potential of students. Because a well-directed and well-planned curriculum will be clearer regarding what and how schools need to apply to learning activities in accordance with the capabilities of the educational unit. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, as well as the support and role of the school community in implementing the curriculum at the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan. And the location used for this research is the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan. This research is based on the premise that curriculum management is a curriculum system that is oriented towards productivity where the curriculum is student oriented. The curriculum is an important guide in the implementation of teaching and learning which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing data and interpreting data. The data validity test was carried out by testing the credibility through triangulation and member check, transferability test, reliability test, and objectivity test.
Curriculum management at the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan starts with curriculum planning which is carried out by foundation leaders, school principals, vice curricula, facilitators, and committees at the new school year every semester through work meetings. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out using the independent curriculum sharing with 4 special contents which contain programs with the aim of students being able to increase their individual potential. The 4 special content programs include Tahfidz, Entrepreneurship, Talent development and digitalization. Curriculum evaluation is carried out through formal evaluation and informal evaluation. Formal evaluations are carried out every month or every semester with the participation of all foundation parties with the aim of discussing all the activities that have been carried out and the improvement of students. Informal evaluation is carried out through reflection activities by the facilitator to students when learning is finished. The existence of the support and role of the school community as well as adequate infrastructure makes curriculum management at the Alam Citra Insani School Foundation (SACI) Lamongan run well and in accordance with the goals expected by the school.
