Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan ARCS yang layak dan mampu melatihkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMA. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran meliputi RPP, LKS, Handout untuk siswa dan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada materi fluida statis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif meliputi empat tahap yaitu model pengembangan 4D (design, define, develop,dessiminate) diadaptasi menjadi Model 4P, yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan dan penyebaran. Peneliti memberikan pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan ARCS kepada siswa SMA Antartika Sidoarjo kelas X sebanyak tiga kelas berjumlah total 90 siswa. Ujicoba hasil pengembangan menggunakan One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. Data yang didapatkan berupa validitas perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diperoleh dari tiga validator, data kepraktisan berupa keterlaksanaan dari dua orang pengamat dilengkapi data kendala saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jumlah peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa diuji dengan Uji Anova Dua Jalur (Two Way Anova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Validitas perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari hasil validitas perangkat berkategori sangat valid; (2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Keterlaksanaan RPP sangat baik, (b)Aktivitas peserta didik berkategori aktif, (c) Keterbacaan Handout yang memperoleh respon positif, (d) kendala-kendala selama pembelajaran dapat diatasi; (3) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang meningkat secara signifikan di setiap kelas, (b) Respon peserta didik sangat baik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran Fisika dengan Model Kooperatif Menggunakan Pendekatan ARCS pada siswa SMA kelas X materi Fluida Statis yang dikembangkan peneliti layak dipergunakan untuk melatihkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.
The research aims to produce cooperative learning models of STAD with an ARCS approach that is worthy and able to train the creative thinking skills of senior high school students’. Development of learning tools include lesson plans, worksheets, handouts for students and test instruments for the ability to think creatively on static fluid material. The research is a quantitative descriptive study which includes four stages, namely the 4D development model (design, define, develop ,essiminate) adapted into the 4P Model, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The researcher gave a STAD type cooperative learning model with the ARCS approach to the students for Tenth Grade of Antartika Senior High School Sidoarjo for three classes and each class consists of 30 students. The test results of the development is using One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The data obtained in the form of the validity of the learning tools developed were obtained from three validators, practicality data in the form of implementation from two observers and data constraints when learning took place. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The amount of increase in students' creative thinking skills was tested by two way anova tested. The results showed 1) The validity of learning devices in terms of the results of the validity of the categorized devices is very valid; (2) The practicality of the learning kit in terms of: (a) The implementation of the lesson plan is very good, (b) The activities of students are in the active category, (c) Readability of the Handout that receives a positive response, (d) the obstacles during learning can be overcome; (3) The effectiveness of learning tools in terms of : (a) tests of creative thinking skills that increase significantly, (b) Students' responses are very good. The conclusion of this study is the Physics learning tool with the Cooperative Model Using the ARCS Approach in high school students in tenth grade of Static Fluid material developed by researchers is appropriate to be used to train students' creative thinking skills.
