Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran IPA Berbasis Web Materi Siklus Hidup Hewan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Development of Web-Based Science Learning Media on Animal Life Cycle Material to Improve the Learning Outcomes of 4th Grade Elementary School Student

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang rendah pada materi siklus hidup hewan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan buku atau 

sumber ajar yang hanya berfokuskan pada siklus hidup tumbuhan. Selain mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi 

digital, tujuan khususnya ialah untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektivan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis web materi siklus hidup hewan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD. 

Jenis penelitian pengembangan media yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan yaitu: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Media yang telah dikembangkan akan diujikan terhadap 5 siswa dalam skala kecil, dan skala besar beranggotakan 24 siswa kelas IV SDN Kebraon I/436 Surabaya, dengan desain one grup pretest-posttest. Adapun hal yang diteliti meliputi kevalidan akan diuji oleh ahli atau pakar menggunakan angket kevalidan dengan skala linkert, kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari angket kepraktisan siswa dengan skala guttman, dan keefektivan dilihat dari N-Gain nilai pretest dan 

posttest.

Berdasarkan data yang dikelolah memperlihatkan bahwasannya media yang dikembangkan valid untuk digunakan dengan skor validasi materi sebesar 90% dan validasi media 90%. Selain valid, berdasarkan hasil respon siswa, media juga dikatakan praktis untuk digunakan dengan skor persentase sebesar 86,11%. Sehingga secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis web materi siklus hidup hewan untuk kelas IV SD yang telah dikembangkan dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi juga fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah layak digunakan dan mampu secara efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 4 SD dilihat dari nilai rata-rata N-gain 0,74 dengan kategori sedang.

This development research produces a science learning media toincrease the low learning outcomes of 4th grade primary school students particulary in animal life cycle material caused by the utilization of books or theaching materials that only focuses on the life cycle of plants. In addition to developing a learning media by utilizing digital technology, there a spesific aim is to investigate the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the web-based science learning media on the animal life cycle in increasing student learning outcomes of 4th grade primary school.

The type of media development research used is the ADDIE model which has 5 phases, which are: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The media that has been developed will be tested on 5 students on a small scale, and a wide scale of 24 students from 4th grade at SDN Kebraon I/436 Surabaya, with a one grup pretest-posttest design. The research focuses on the validity which will be tested by experts using a validity questionnaire with a linkert scale, practicality obtained from strudent praticality questionnaires using a guttman scale, and effectiveness of developed learning mediameasured by the N-Gain of the pretetst and posttest scores.

According to the data processed, it shows that the developed media is valid for use with a materials validation score of 90%, teaching module validation of 92%, pretetst-posttest validation of 92%, and media validation of 90%. Beyond valid, according to the respondent, media is also considered practical to use with a percentage score of 86,11%. So a whole web-based science learning media about animal life cycle material for 4th grade of primary school that has been developed by maximizing the use of technological advances as well as the facilities available at school are appropriate for use and able to increase the 

learning outcomes of 4th grade primary school students measured by the average N-Gain score 0,74 which falls into the moderate division.
