ANALISIS PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN KONSEP MERDEKA BELAJAR
(STUDI KASUS DI TK ALAM INSAN MULIA SURABAYA)
ANALYSIS OF LEARNING APPLICATION WITH THE CONCEPT OF INDEPENDENT LEARNING(CASE STUDY IN TK ALAM INSAN MULIA SURABAYA)
Pada saat ini kondisi sistem pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki beberapa perubahan akibat dampak dari pandemi covid 19. Berawal dari adanya pandemi covid 19 tersebut, akhir-akhir ini muncul program dari kemendikbud terkait konsep merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran dengan konsep merdeka belajar di TK SAIM Surabaya, selain itu peneliti juga ingin mengetahui kendala yang sering dialami oleh guru di TK SAIM Surabaya saat penerapan pembelajaran dengan konsep merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas TK B yang berjumlah 4 orang, peserta didik kelas TK B yang berjumlah 37 anak, serta kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tahapan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan pembelajaran dengan konsep merdeka belajar yang mencakup dua indikator yaitu adanya kegiatan pembelajaran intrakulikuler dan adanya projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Kendala yang sering dialami oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan konsep merdeka belajar yaitu masih adanya pro kontra antara pihak wali murid dengan guru. Terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara guru dan beberapa wali murid yang kontra terkait kegiatan belajar yang ada di sekolah, dimana terkadang wali murid merasa bahwa saat anak berada di lingkungan sekolah anak hanya bermain-main saja tanpa belajar sehingga saat di rumah orang tua harus lebih ekstra untuk mengajari anak seperti membaca, menulis, dan berhitung.

At this time the condition of the education system in Indonesia has had several changes due to the impact of the covid 19 pandemic. Starting from the covid 19 pandemic, recently a program from the Ministry of Education and Culture has emerged regarding the concept of independent learning. This study aims to analyze the application of learning with the concept of independent learning in TK SAIM Surabaya, besides that researchers also want to know the obstacles that are often experienced by teachers at TK SAIM Surabaya when implementing learning with the concept of independent learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of this study were teachers of TK B class, which amounted to 4 people, students of TK B class, totaling 37 children, and the principal. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model which includes the stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the application of learning with the concept of independent learning which includes two indicators, namely the existence of intracurricular learning activities and the existence of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The obstacle that is often experienced by teachers in implementing learning with the concept of independent learning is that there are still pros and cons between the guardians of students and teachers. There are differences in perceptions between teachers and some parents who are against learning activities at school, where sometimes parents feel that when children are in the school environment, children are just playing around without learning so that when at home parents have to be extra to teach. such as reading, writing, and arithmetic.
