Implementation of simultaneous recruitment of village officials based on Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2022 concerning Village Apparatus is a form of Tuban Regency government policy in overcoming vacant positions that have occurred for approximately 2 years in certain villages. This research aims to describe and analyze problems that occur during the recruitment process, human error and technical errors are the main triggers in the research focus.
The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research uses Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2022 concerning Village Apparatus regarding Village Apparatus with indicators for nomination of village officials, formation of appointment teams, requirements for prospective candidates, announcement of results as well as appointment and inauguration. Data sources were obtained through primary data, namely interviews, observations, and secondary data through documentation in the form of data from the Klotok Village Office, scientific articles, and regulations related to village officials. The data obtained was then analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that the simultaneous recruitment of village officials that occurred in Klotok Village was in accordance with applicable regulations. However, applicants for the positions of Head of Finance and Head of Services only come from BUMDes and LKMD in Klotok Village itself. The formation and appointment of the team was formed through a Group Discussion Forum consisting of a team that was formed consisting of community leaders, LKMD members, village officials and women leaders, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations. The requirements for prospective candidates are that during the exam there will be human error from test takers not writing down the question code and technical errors related to the accuracy of the scanning equipment. However, overall, even though there were several technical obstacles in the recruitment process, the recruitment process continued smoothly. The results were announced openly and smoothly without any objections from the participants. Appointments and inaugurations run smoothly and according to the predetermined schedule, which is carried out within a maximum of 15 days after the announcement of the exam results.
