Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyak siswa yang kurang menguasai teori kelistrikan akibat kurangnya pemahaman pada dasar-dasar kelistrikan. Pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional menyebabkan siswa mudah bosan selain itu belum tersedianya modul yang bersifat mendukung dalam pembelajaran. Maka peneliti akan melakukan pengembangan modul elektronika dasar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
Jenis penelitian pengembangan 4-D dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Jurusan TKR SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. Dalam penelitian ini yang bertindak sebagai responden adalah 3 dosen/pengajar maupun orang yang kompeten masing-masing dibidang ahli desain, ahli isi, ahli bahasa danĀ siswa kelas X Jurusan TKR SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi: lembar angket, lembar observasi dan soal Pretest dan Posttest.
Berdasarkan penelitian pengembangan Modul Elektronika Dasar, maka modul yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dengan persentase kelayakan mencapai 85,27% dan hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat sebesar 22.69% dari hasil pengetahuan siswa.

The background of this research is that many students lack the mastery of electricity theory due to a lack of understanding of the basics of electricity. Conventional learning causes students to get bored easily besides the unavailability of modules that are supportive in learning. So researchers will develop basic electronic modules to improve student learning outcomes.
This type of research is 4-D development with quantitative descriptive analysis. The research was carried out at the TKR Department of the Vocational School 2 Lamongan. In this research, acting as respondents were 3 lecturers / instructors and people who were competent in the field of design experts, content experts, linguists and class X students of TKR Department, Vocational School Negeri 2 Lamongan, academic year 2018/2019. The research instruments used to collect data included: questionnaire sheets, observation sheets and Pretest and Posttest questions.
Based on research development Basic Electronics Module, the module developed fit for use with the percentage of 85.27% and the feasibility of achieving student learning outcomes can be increased by 22.69% from the results of students' knowledge.
