Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 22 Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan metode kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 178 siswa yang dipilah menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala regulasi emosi dan skala pengambilan keputusan karir yang menggunakan skala likert dengan rentang skor 1-4. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi item total, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Reliabilitas skala regulasi emosi sebesar 0,735 sedangkan reliabilitas pada skala pengambilan keputusan karir sebesar 0,742.Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil  analisis  data  diperoleh nilai  r  sebesar 0,466 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan pengambilan keputusan karir yang berarti semakin tinggi regulasi emosi maka semakin tinggi tingkat pengambilan keputusan karir dan juga sebaliknya.

This research aims to understand the relationship between emotion regulation and career decision making in 11th grade student at SMA Negeri 22  Surabaya.  This research is  a  correlational research using quantitative methods. Subjects of this research are 178 student choosen by  using random sampling techniques.In this research data collected by  the  scale  of  emotion regulation and  the  scale  of  career decision making  using  the  likert  scale  with  a  score  range  1-4.  The validity test used is item correlation while the reliability test used is alpha-cronbach. Emotion regulation scale reliability of 0.735 while reliability on the scale of career decision making is 0.742. Hypothesis tested using product moment correlation analysis techniques with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis obtained r value of 0.466 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between emotional regulation and career decision making which means that the higher the regulation of emotions, the higher the level of career decision making and vice versa.
