PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM MENYELENGGARAKAN PROGRAM KELOMPOK BERMAIN (KB) PERMATA BUNDA DI DESA PUCANGREJO KECAMATAN SAWAHAN KABUPATEN MADIUN

    Partisipasi masyarakat adalah upaya keikutsertaan dari masyarakat dalam melaksanakan suatu kegitan dengan berorientasi pada suatau tujuan bersama. Adanya partisipasi dari masyarakat yang terlihat dalam menyukseskan program KB Permata Bunda menjadi salah satu latar belakang dari penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui wujud dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam menyelenggarakan program KB Permata Bunda meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik KB Permata Bunda, wali murid dari peserta didik KB Permata Bunda, Kader PKK Desa Pucangrejo,dan Kepala Desa Pucangrejo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui 3 cara yakni observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kondensasi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan prolong engagement, triangulasi dumber data, triangulasi metode pengumpulan data, dan member check.

    Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya partisipasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat yakni tenaga pendidik, wali murid peserta didik, Kader PKK, dan Kepala Desa. Wujud partisipasi yang diberikan cukup beragam antara masyarakat satu dengan yang lainnya. Pada tenaga pendidik wujud partisipasi yang diberikan yakni dalam bentuk fisik dan nonfisik berupa tenaga, ide, kehadiran, dan peran secara fungsional. Pada wali murid partisipasi yang diberikan yakni dalam wujud fisik berupa pembayaran SPP bulanan serta bentuk non fisik berupa kehadiran sebagai pendamping peserta didik selama melaksanakan kegiatan diluar kegiatan akademik dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada Kader PKK wujud partisipasi yang diberikan yakni berupa wujud fisik dan nonfisik seperti kehadiran serta mengurus segala keperluan penyelenggaraan kegiatan posyandu untuk peserta didik KB Permata Bunda. Serta wujud partisipasi oleh Kepala Desa berupa fisik yakni pemenuhan kebutuhan akan saran dan prasarana yang menunjang penyelenggaraan KB Permata Bunda.

    Community participation is an effort to participate from the community in carrying out an activity oriented towards a common goal. The participation of the community which is seen in the success of the Permata Bunda Family Planning program is one of the backgrounds of this research. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of community participation in organizing the Permata Bunda Family Planning program including the planning, implementation and evaluation stages.

    This research is a research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were KB Permata Bunda educators, guardians of KB Permata Bunda students, PKK Cadres in Pucangrejo Village, and the Head of Pucangrejo Village. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, data display, and conclusions. Data validity uses prolong engagement, data dumber triangulation, data collection method triangulation, and member checks.

    The results of this study indicate that there is participation provided by the community, namely educators, parents of students, PKK members, and village heads. The form of participation given varies quite a lot from one society to another. For educators, the form of participation given is in physical and non-physical forms in the form of energy, ideas, presence, and functional roles. For parents, participation is given in the form of physical form in the form of monthly tuition payments and non-physical form in the form of presence as a companion for students while carrying out activities outside of academic activities in the learning process. The form of participation given to PKK Cadres is in the form of physical and non-physical forms such as attendance and taking care of all the needs of organizing Posyandu activities for KB Permata Bunda students. As well as the form of participation by the Village Head in the form of physical, namely fulfilling the need for advice and infrastructure that supports the implementation of the Permata Bunda KB.
