EVALUASI PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH ORGANIK DAN ANORGANIK BERBASIS ZERO WASTE DI DESA KEDIREN
EVALUATION OF ZERO WASTE-BASED ORGANIC AND INORGANIC WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN KEDIREN VILLAGE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengelolaan sampah dengan program Zero waste di Desa Kediren, Kecamatan Kalitengah, Kabupaten Lamongan dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah organik maupun anorganik Di Desa Kediren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian terdapat pada penerapan pengelolaan sampah menggunakan teori CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyaknya masyarakat Desa Kediren yang belum memahami pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah sesuai dengan jenisnya, hal tersebut disebabkan karena minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah. Kemudian masih banyak kendala pada program pengelolaan sampah pada Tim Pengelola Bank Sampah, seperti tidak adanya peraturan desa yang mendukung program pengelolaan sampah. Kemudian saran yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah pembentukan Peraturan Desa terkait pengelolaan sampah, Pembentukan SOP, dan Pembuatan laporan periodik per bulan untuk meningkatkan transparansi.

This study aims to analyze waste management with the Zero Waste program in Kediren Village, Kalitengah District, Lamongan Regency in overcoming the problems of organic and inorganic waste in Kediren Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The focus of the study is on the application of waste management using the CIPP theory (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results of the study indicate that there are still many people in Kediren Village who do not understand the management and sorting of waste according to its type, this is due to the lack of public knowledge about waste management. Then there are still many obstacles to the waste management program in the Waste Bank Management Team, such as the absence of village regulations that support the waste management program. Then the suggestions put forward by the researcher are the formation of Village Regulations related to waste management, the Formation of SOPs, and the Preparation of periodic reports per month to increase transparency.
