Yang terlibat dalam berkomunikasi adalah penutur dan lawan tutur. Setiap penutur menginginkan agar lawan tuturnya dapat memahami apa yang dikatakan. Dalam setiap tuturan, penutur tidak hanya menyatakan suatu hal, akan tetapi juga melakukan tindakan di dalamnya. Tuturan yang memiliki tindakan di dalamnya merupakan tindak tutur ilokusi. Komunikasi dapat terjalin antar siapa-saja, seperti dalam video “Sang Pemimpin Masa Depan” pada kanal youtube yang melibatkan pewawancara dan narasumber. Bapak Ganjar Pranowo sebagai narasumber dan Denny sebagai pewawancara. Keduanya saling berkomunikasi untuk mengungkapkan keingiannya. Peneliti berfokus pada tuturan narasumber yang menjadi penuturnya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tuturan Ganjar Pranowo dalam video “Sang Pemimpin Masa Depan” pada kanal youtube. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah, bentuk ilokusi asertif 8 tuturan, ilokusi direktif 5 tuturan, ilokusi ekspresif 6 tuturan, ilokusi komisif 4 tuturan, dan ilokusi deklarasi 2 tuturan. Fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi yang ditemukan yakni fungsi kompetitif 5 tuturan, fungsi konvival 12 tuturan, fungsi kolaboratif 7 tuturan, fungsi konfliktif 1 tuturan. Bentuk ilokusi yang sering muncul adalah asertif, dan fungsi yang sering muncul adalah fungsi konvival dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan rasa hormat dengan beramah-tamah. Keterkaitan antara bentuk dan fungsi ditemukan pada bentuk ilokusi asertif dengan fungsi kolaboratif dan konfliktif, bentuk direktif dengan fungsi kompetitif, bentuk ekpresif dengan fungsi konvival, bentuk komisif dengan fungsi konvival, dan bentuk deklarasi dengan fungsi konvival.

Those involved in communicating are speakers and opponents of speech. Every speaker wants his or her opponent to understand what is being said. In every speech, the speaker not only expresses a thing, but also acts in it. Speech that has action in it is an act of ilokusi speech. Communication can be established between anyone, as in the future leader's video on youtube channel involving interviewers and speakers. Mr. Ganjar Pranowo as the speaker and Denny as the interviewer. The two communicate with each other to express their curiosity. Researchers focused on the speech of the speaker. The data collection in this study uses documentation techniques, simak techniques, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptions with qualitative approaches. The purpose of this study describes the form and function of Ganjar Pranowo's speech in the video of the Future Leader on youtube channel. The results obtained in this study are, form of aserative ilokusi 8 speech, ilokusi directive 5 speech, expressive ilokusi 6 speech, ilokusi komisif 4 speech, and ilokusi declaration 2 speech. The functions of speech action found are competitive function 5 speech, konvival function 12 speech, collaborative function 7 speech, conflictative function 1 speech. The common form of illumination is asertive, and a frequent function is a convival function with the aim of showing respect in a friendly manner. The interrelationship between form and function is found in the form of asertive ilokusi with collaborative and conflictive functions, the form of directives with competitive functions, expressive form with konvival function, commissionive form with konvival function, and declaration form with konvival function.
