PERAN GURU TERHADAP SIKAP DISIPLIN DI RAUDHATUL ATHFAL NASYIATUL ULUM MONTORNA PASONGSONGAN SUMENEP
THE ROLE OF TEACHERS ON DISCIPLINE ATTITUDE IN RAUDHATUL ATHFAL NASYIATUL ULUM MONTORNA PASONGSONGAN SUMENEP
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai peran guru terhadap sikap disiplin anak di RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan anak di RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu, (1) Peran guru terhadap sikap disiplin anak di RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan, guru berperan sebagai teladan, guru mendidik dengan membiasakan dan membimbing anak berdisiplin, guru mengenalkan dan mulai membiasakan anak agar bersikap disiplin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta guru melakukan evaluasi terhadap perkembangan sikap disipin anak di sekolah. (2) Upaya guru dalam menerapkan sikap disiplin anak Dalam menerapkandisiplin guru di RA Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan yaitu dengan keteladanan, pembiasaan, menggunakan metode reward dan punishment, serta menggunakan metode bercerita. (3) Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung guru dalam menerapkansikap disiplin anak di RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep yang menjadi faktor penghambat faktor eksternal yaitu keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, dan guru. Faktor internal sikap anak yang hyperaktif atau tantrum. Faktor pendukung yaitu para orangtua yang bersikap mau bekerjasama dengan baik dalam mengambangkan sikap disiplin anaknya.
This study aims to describe the role of the teacher in developing children's disciplinary attitudes in RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and children in RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep.
The results of the study were based on data analysis conducted by researchers, namely, (1) The role of teachers in developing children's disciplinary attitudes in RA. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan, the teacher acts as a role model, the teacher educates by familiarizing and guiding disciplined children, the teacher introduces and begins to accustom the child to be disciplined in daily life, and the teacher evaluates the development of the child's discipline at school. (2) The teacher's efforts to develop children's disciplinary attitudes in developing teacher discipline at RA Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan, namely by modeling, habituation, using the reward and punishment method, and using the storytelling method. (3) Factors that become obstacles and support for teachers in developing disciplinary attitudes in RA children. Nasyiatul Ulum Montorna Pasongsongan Sumenep is an inhibiting factor for external factors, namely family, community, and teachers. Internal factors of attitudes hyperactive or tantrum. The supporting factor is parents who are willing to cooperate well in developing their child's discipline.
