Health Safety and Environment Awards merupakan penghargaan dari PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk kepada proyek yang berhasil menerapkan standar Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan. Penialain HSE Awards selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel dinilai kurang efisien dan berisiko bias, terutama saat terdapat nilai proyek yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Metode MAUT dipilih karena mampu menangani berbagai kriteria dan sub-kriteria yang tidak seragam. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi penilaian. Dengan sistem ini, proses pemilihan pemenang HSE Awards menjadi lebih transparan dan terstruktur.
The Health Safety and Environment Awards is an appreciation program by PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for projects that successfully implement Health, Safety , and Environment standards. The assessment process has been carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, which is considered inefficient and prone to bias, especially when multiple projects receive the same score. This research aims to design and develop a web-based decision support system using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. MAUT was chosen for its ability to handle various criteria and non-uniform sub-criteria. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and implemented with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The testing results show that the system improves the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation process. With this system, the selection process for HSE Awards winners becomes more transparent and structured.
