Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan jumping jack terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan, (2) pengaruh latihan countermovement jump terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan, (3) pengaruh latihan tuck jump terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan. Sampel penelitian adalah Santri Pondok Pesantren An-Nur2 Al-Murtadlo Kab. Malang sebanyak 33 Santri yang dibagi dalam tiga kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 11 Santri. Kelompok eksperimen I mendapat perlakuan latihan jumping jacks, Kelompok eksperimen II mendapat perlakuan latihan countermovement jump dan Kelompok eksperimen III mendapat perlakuan latihan tuck jump. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 minggu
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan factorial, serta analisis data menggunakan MANOVA. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan jump md untuk power otot tungkai, leg dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot tungkai, serta tes lari 30 m untuk mendapatkan data kecepatan, pada saat pretest dan posttest. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan seri SPSS 23.0.
Data Kelompok I antara lain: power otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 14.79%, kekuatan otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 14.44%, kecepatan mengalami peningkatan 2.58%. Kelompok II antara lain: power otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 13.98 %, kekuatan otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 16.61%, kecepatan mengalami peningkatan1.87%. Kelompok III antara lain power otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 9.30%, kekuatan otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan 11.42%, kecepatan mengalami peningkatan 2.35%.
Hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan; (1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan jumping jack terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan; (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan countermovement jump terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan; (3) Terdapat pengaruh latihan tuck jump terhadap power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot tungkai dan kecepatan.

This research was purposed to investigate about: (1) the effect of jumping jack on explosive power of leg muscle, leg muscle strength, speed, (2) the effect of countermovement jump on explosive power of leg muscle, leg muscle strength, speed, (3) the effect of tuck jump on explosive power of leg muscle, leg muscle strength, speed. The research sample was Santri Pondok Pesantren An-Nur2 Al-Murtadlo Kab. Malang as many as 33 Santri divided into three groups with each group amounting to 11 Santri. Experimental group I received jumping jack training treatment, Experimental Group II received countermovement jump training treatment and Experimental Group III received tuck jump training treatment. This study was conducted for 6 weeks.
This type of research uses quantitative research with quasi experiment methods. The research design uses factorials, as well as data analysis using MANOVA. The data retrieval process is carried out with a jump md for explosive power of leg muscle, leg dynamometer for leg muscle strength, as well as a 30 m running test to get speed data, at the time of pretest and posttest. Then the data is analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 series.
Group I data included: explosive power leg muscle increased by 14.79%, leg muscle strength increased by 14.44%, speed increased by 2.58%. Group II included: explosive power leg muscle increased by 13.98%, leg muscle strength increased by 16.61%, speed increased by 1.87%. Group III included: explosive power leg muscle increased by 9.30%, leg muscle strength increased by 11.42%, the speed increased by 2.35%.
The above results can be inferred; (1) There is an effect of jumping jack exercises on explosive power leg muscle, leg muscle strength and speed; (2) There is an effect of countermovement jump exercises on explosive power leg muscle, leg muscle strength and speed; (3) There is an effect of tuck jump exercises on explosive power leg muscle, leg muscle strength and speed.
