ISTP (Indonesian Student Test platform) merupakan platform berbentuk website yang dirancang dan dikembangkan untuk menyediakan layanan pelaksanaan evaluasi maupun kuis secara online. Melalui situs program ini diharapkan guru dan peserta didik dapat beradaptasi terhadap peralihan metode tes dan rekapitulasi nilai dari metode manual (offline) menuju metode digital (online). Website ini dirancang dengan meperhatikan nilai kepraktisan dalam input data, membuat dan edit soal, serta tampilan hasil akhir atau rekapitulasi nilai yang terperinci dalam bentuk laporan dengan sistem eazy grading dan immediate test feedback. website ini dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh guru maupun peserta didik.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi mengenai 1) Pengembangan produk berupa alat evaluasi ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform), 2) Kelayakan alat evaluasi ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) melalui proses telaah dan validasi para ahli, 3) Respon peserta didik sebagai pengguna terhadap alat evaluasi ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) yang telah diujicobakan.

Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D dari Thiagarajan, hingga tahap ke tiga atau tahap pengembangan yang diujicobakan pada 25 peserta didik kelas XII IPS 1 yang telah menerima materi yang tercantum pada alat evaluasi. Penelitian berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Giri Banyuwangi. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket telaah materi dan media, lembar validasi media dan materi, serta angket respon peserta didik.

Hasil penelitian pengembangan Alat Evaluasi ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dinyatakan sangat layak dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 96%, berdasarkan validasi ahli media sebesar 85% degan kategori sangat layak. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan respon peserta didik mendapat kategori layak dengan nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 91,6%. Berdasarkan hasil kelayakan yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Alat Evaluasi ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) sangat layak digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi dan atau kuis di SMA Negeri 1 Giri

ISTP (Indonesian Student Test platform) is a website-shaped platform designed and developed to provide evaluation services and quiz online. Through the program site, teachers and students are expected to adapt to the test method switching and value recapitulation from the Manual (offline) method to the digital (online) method. This Web site is designed with the practicality of values in data input, create and edit questions, as well as the display of the final results or detailed value recapitulation in the form of reports with the Eazy grading system and immediate test feedback. This website can be used easily by both teachers and learners.

The purpose of this research is to obtain a description of 1) product development in the form of Evaluation of ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform), 2) Feasibility evaluation tool (Indonesian Student Test Platform) through the process of study and validation Experts, 3) The response of learners as a user to the assessment tool of the Indonesian Student Test Platform (ISTP) that has been tested.

The reseach development applied thiagarajan’s 4-D (four –D) model. It is start from the definition stage to the development stage. The study is test on the 24 students of XII IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Giri. The research instruments were the questionnaire of material review and media, the material and media validity sheet, and the questionnaire of students’ responses.

The result of study suggest that the ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) is very feasible. Based on material expert’s validity have 96 %, the validation by the media expert is 85%. The result of the student’s responses were also very feasible as evaluation tool with the percentage 91,6 %. Therefore, it can be concluded that the  ISTP (Indonesian Student Test Platform) is effectively applied as an alternative evaluation tool in SMA Negeri 1 Giri.
