EKSPLORASI OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR PT. JM MUTU UTAMA: PENDEKATAN MAQASHID SYARIAH
OPERATIONAL EXPLORATION OF MANUFACTURING COMPANY PT. JM MUTU UTAMA: MAQASHID SYARIAH APPROACH
Operasional perusahaan dengan konsep maqashid syariah merupakan upaya untuk tidak hanya mengejar keuntungan finansial semata, tetapi juga mewujudkan kemaslahatan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan konsep maqashid syariah dalam operasional perusahaan manufaktur PT. JM Mutu Utama dan dampak konsep maqashid syariah terhadap kinerja perusahaan dalam kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa PT. JM Mutu Utama menerapkan enam dimensi maqashid syariah: (1) Hifdz al-din melalui penyediaan musholla, waktu shalat, pengajian rutin, dan dukungan ibadah; (2) Hifdz al-nafs dengan pelatihan K3 wajib, penyediaan APD, medical check-up, dan jaminan biaya pengobatan kecelakaan kerja; (3) Hifdz al-‘aql melalui pelatihan internal-eksternal dan orientasi kerja transparan; (4) Hifdz al-nasl dengan cuti melahirkan, waktu istirahat tambahan, dan BPJS; (5) Hifdz al-mal melalui gaji di atas UMR, tunjangan lengkap, bonus, serta program pinjaman tanpa bunga; dan (6) Hifdz al-bi’ah melalui pengelolaan limbah serta program penghijauan. Dampak penerapan ini terlihat pada peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan, baik secara ekonomi yaitu gaji kompetitif, jaminan sosial, program haji maupun fasilitas dengan lingkungan kerja aman, sarana ibadah, olahraga, dan kesehatan.

The company's operations with the concept of maqashid sharia are an effort to not only pursue financial profits, but also realize public welfare. This study aims to identify how the application of the concept of maqashid sharia in the operations of the manufacturing company PT. JM Mutu Utama and the impact of the concept of maqashid sharia on the company's performance in employee welfare. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method to describe the problem. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that PT. JM Mutu Utama applies six dimensions of maqashid sharia: (1) Hifdz al-din through the provision of prayer rooms, prayer times, regular religious studies, and support for worship; (2) Hifdz al-nafs with mandatory K3 training, provision of PPE, medical check-ups, and guarantees for work accident medical expenses; (3) Hifdz al-'aql through internal-external training and transparent work orientation; (4) Hifdz al-nasl with maternity leave, additional rest time, and BPJS; (5) Hifdz al-mal through salaries above the minimum wage, comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and interest-free loan programs; and (6) Hifdz al-bi'ah through waste management and greening programs. The impact of these implementations is seen in improving employee welfare, both economically, through competitive salaries, social security, the Hajj program, and facilities with a safe work environment, places of worship, sports, and health.
