Tujuan pendidikan fisik pada anak-anak adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan ketertarikan fisik dalam jangka panjang. Proses tumbuh kembang kemampuan motorik anak berhubungan dengan proses tumbuh kemampuan gerak anak. Perkembangan kemampuan motorik anak akan terlihat secara jelas melalui berbagai gerakan dan permainan yang dapat dilakukan. Agility adalah kemampuan yang dilakukan secara cepat untuk mengubah arah dalam kombinasi dengan gerakan lain. Melatih agility membutuhkan latihan yang tepat sehingga dapat menggabungkan antara gerak dan mengubah arah secara cepat. Salah satunya yaitu penggunaan pelatihan permainan tradisional bentengan yang belum pernah diadakan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pelem 1 Pare Kabupaten Kediri.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif metode quasi-experiment dengan desain one group pretest and posttest design. Metode pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 siswa. Pemberian perlakuan latihan permainan tradisional bentengan lakukan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tes dan pengukuran Illinois agility test.
Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji-T (paired sample t-test). diperoleh bahwa terdapat adanya selisih antara latihan tradisional bentengan terhadap agility siswa putra Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pelem 1 Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji-T menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung (53,56) > t tabel (0,05) (19) (2,093) dan P (0,000) < α (0,05). Maka terdapat perbedaan setelah dilakukan uji perlakuan. Persentase peningkatan tersebut sebesar 9,7%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan permainan tradisional bentengan terhadap agility pada siswa putra Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pelem 1 Pare Kabupaten Kediri.

The goal of physical education in children is to develop physical skills and interests in the long run. The process of growth and development of children's motor skills is related to the process of growing children's movement abilities. The development of children's motor skills will be clearly seen through various movements and games that can be done. Agility is the ability to change direction quickly in combination with other movements. Training agility requires proper practice so that it can combine motion and change direction quickly. One of them is the use of traditional bentengan game training that has never been held by Pelem 1 Pare State Elementary School, Kediri Regency.
This research is a quantitative descriptive research quasi-experiment method with one group pretest and posttest design. The sample collection method is carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The sample size was 20 students. The treatment of traditional fort game training was carried out for 16 meetings. The data collection technique uses the Illinois agility test and measurement.
The results of the study used a T-test (paired sample t-test). It was found that there was a difference between the traditional training of bentengan game and the agility of male students of Pelem 1 Pare State Elementary School, Kediri Regency. The results of the study using the T-test showed that the value of t was calculated (53.56) > t table (0.05), (19) (2.093) and P (0.000) < α (0.05). So there is a difference after the treatment test. The percentage increase was 9.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of traditional bentengan game training on agility in male students of Pelem 1 Pare State Elementary School, Kediri Regency.
