WEBSITE-BASED ARCHIVE STORAGE INNOVATION DESIGN AT ERWIN NUR KUROTIN TAX CONSULTANT'S OFFICE

Arsip memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya arsip menjadi alat bukti yang sah dalam suatu urusan, selain itu arsip juga menjadi alat untuk memberikan perlindungan hak. Dengan kebermanfaatan arsip ini maka dibutuhkan tempat penyimpanan arsip yang menunjang proses pengarsipan yang efektif dan efisien sehingga mempermudah penyimpanan arsip elektronik dan proses penemuan kembali arsip serta terjamin keamananannya dan efektif serta efisien. Penyimpanan arsip berbasis website merupakan inovasi tempat penyimpanan arsip yang terkomputerisasi dan memiliki database dengan berbasis website di Kantor Konsultan Pajak Erwin Nur Kurotin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan rancangan inovasi arsip berbasis website di Kantor Konsultan Pajak Erwin Nur Kurotin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan fokus penelitian pada penciptaan rancangan penyimpanan arsip berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles & Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian adalah dengan cara menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna dilakukan dengan cara mewawancara pihak instansi agar diketahui kebutuhan instansi terkait rancangan penyimpanan arsip berbasis website. Pada tahap pembuatan mock-up dilakukan dengan membuat gambaran sistem website menggunakan use case diagram dan activity diagram, kemudian membuat database dan bahasa pemrograman, dan perancangan tampilan website. Untuk mengevaluasi rancangan website ini maka pihak instansi mengujicoba website secara langsung. Saran yang dapat diberikan pada penelitian ini yaitu agar rancangan inovasi penyimpanan arsip berbasis website dapat segera dioperasikan dan digunakan oleh instansi untuk kemudian dapat dilakukan evaluasi secara periodik sehingga dapat diketahui kekurangannya agar dapat segera dilakukan perbaikan pada rancangan inovasi ini dan dapat dikembangkan inovasi penyimpanan arsip yang lebih sempurna dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan instansi.

With the benefit of this archive, it is necessary to store archives that support an effective and efficient archiving process that facilitates the storage of electronic archives and the reinvention of archives and guaranteed security and effective and efficient. Website-based archive storage is an innovation where computerized archive storage and has a database with a website-based at the Tax Consultant's Erwin Nur Kurotin Office. The purpose of this research is to produce a Website-Based Innovation Design at the Tax Consultant Erwin Nur Kurotin Office. This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach. As well as using data collection techniques through observation, documentation, literature studies, and interviews with a research focus on the creation of websitebased archive storage designs using prototype methods. In this study using data analysis techniques from Miles & Huberman which include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results and discussion of research is by analyzing the needs of users is done by interviewing the agency to know the needs of agencies related to the design of website-based archive storage. At the stage of making mock-ups are done by creating a system overview of the website using use case diagrams and activity diagrams, then creating a database and programming language, and designing the look of the website. To evaluate the design of this website, the agency tested the website directly.The advice that can be given in this research is that the design of website-based archive storage innovations can be immediately operated and used by agencies to then be evaluated periodically so that it can be known the shortcomings so that improvements can be made to the design of this innovation and can be developed innovations of more perfect archive storage by paying attention to the needs of agencies.
