HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA GURU DI YAYASAN X
THE RELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR AMONG TEACHERS AT FOUNDATION X
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru di Yayasan X. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 126 guru, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala psikologi, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,762, yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan dan kuat antara budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Semakin tinggi budaya organisasi yang dirasakan guru, semakin tinggi pula tingkat OCB yang ditampilkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan perilaku positif guru. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain seperti kepuasan kerja atau kepemimpinan, serta memperluas cakupan responden.
This study examines the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior among teachers at Foundation X. The research employed a quantitative correlational method involving 126 teachers selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through psychological scales measuring both variables and analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test with IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 for Windows. The analysis revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.762, which falls into the strong category. This suggests that the higher the level of organizational culture, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by teachers, and vice versa. These findings highlight the importance of developing a strong organizational culture at Foundation X to enhance teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. Future research is recommended to include additional variables such as job satisfaction or leadership, as well as to expand the scope of respondents.
