Tujuan dari pengembangan media modul Self-Assessment Gerakan Literasi Sekolah adalah untuk menghasilkan media yang dapat membantu mengembangkan program literasi sekolah di SMAN 2 Kediri dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan serta keefektifan penggunaan self-assesment program literasi sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan budaya literasi sesuai dengan motto program literasi sekolah SMAN 2 Kediri. Minimnya interaksi warga sekolah dengan program literasi sekolah dibuktikan berdasarkan telaah yang disampaikan oleh tim literasi sekolah, yaitu pembiasaan membaca, pembelajaran dan pengembangan literasi. Permasalahan juga disebabkan karena keterbatasan tim literasi dalam mengelola kegiatan dikarenakan terdapat perubahan struktural sekolah termasuk tim literasi. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dan potensi pemecahan masalah, maka dibutuhkan pengembangan media penilaian pada program literasi sekolah agar sekolah melalui tim literasi dapat melakukan penilaian (asesmen) secara mandiri tingkat keberhasilan program yang telah dilaksanakan.Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Dengan subjek penelitian tim literasi, guru serta siswa SMAN 1 Kediri sebagai subjek uji kelayakan dan tim literasi, guru serta siswa SMAN 2 Kediri subjek uji keefektifan.Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan angket. Data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dianalisis dengan skala penilaian linkert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelayakan desain media mendapatkan nilai 2,97. Nilai tersebut dikategorikan cukup baik. uji keayakan materi asesmen mendapat nilai 3,7. Nilai tersebut dinyatakan baik. Uji kelayakan materi literasi sekolah mendapat nilai 3,75. Nilai tersebut dinyatakan baik. Hasil uji kelayakan media terhadap subjek uji kelayakan mendapat nilai 3,3. Nilai ini menunjukkan media baik dan layak digunakan. Media dinyatakan efektif pada uji keefektifan terhadap aspek keefektifan penggunaan median dan kepuasan pengguna yaitu dengan nilai 3,171 dan 3,176.

The purpose of developing the School Literacy Movement Self-Assessment Module media is to produce media that can help develop school literacy programs at SMAN 2 Kediri and to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness using self-assessment of school literacy programs as an effort to improve literacy culture in accordance with the school literacy program's motto of SMAN 2 Kediri. The minimal interaction between school members and the school literacy program is evidenced by the analysis, provided by the school literacy team, like reading habits, learning, and literacy development. The problem is also caused by the limitations of the literacy team in managing activities due to changes in the school structure, including the literacy team. Based on the needs analysis and potential problem solving, it is necessary to develop an assessment media in the school literacy program so that schools through the literacy team can independently assess the program success rate that has been implemented. The development model that used here is Research and Development (R & D). With the literacy team research subject, teachers and students of SMAN 1 Kediri as the subject of the feasibility test and the literacy team, teachers, and students of the effectiveness test of SMAN 2 Kediri. Data were collected using interview techniques and questionnaires. Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed using the Linkert rating scale. The results showed that the media design feasibility was 2.97. This value is categorized as quite good. The assessment material feasibility test got a score of 3.7. This value is declared good. The school literacy test got a score of 3.75. This value is declared good. The media feasibility test results on the subject of the feasibility test got a score of 3.3. This value indicates that the media is good and suitable for use. The media was declared effective in the effectiveness test on the effectiveness aspects of using the median and user satisfaction with a value of 3,171 and 3,176.
