Keberlanjutan Usaha Spa di Alesya Spa Muslimah Surabaya di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19
The Sustainability of the Spa Business at Alesya Spa Muslimah Surabaya in the Midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic
Saat ini, pandemi Covid-19 membuat para wanita takut melakukan perawatan badan yang mana untuk treatment nya melalui kontak fisik dengan theraphyst. Untuk saat ini era new normal dimana kita menghadapi kehidupan normal baru dan berdampingan dengan virus yang masih ada, kita diwajibkan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Maka dari itu, ditengah pandemi ini perlahan usaha spa yang menyediakan layanan perawatan tubuh mulai membuka usahanya dengan tata cara yang tentunya berbeda dengan pada keadaan normal. Tidak mudah memulai membuka kembali layanan tersebut di tengah pandemi sepertini, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi bertahan dalam masa pandemi ini. Alesya Spa Muslimah Surabaya adalah tempat spa muslimah yang dikhususkan untuk perempuan, yang mana usaha spa ini masih berjalan di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui strategi usaha Spa di Allesya Spa Muslimah dalam mempertahankan dan melanjutkan usahanya selama pandemi covid-19. 2) Mengetahui standart tata laksana perawatan tubuh sebelum dan sesudah Pandemi Covid-19 di Alesya SPA Muslimah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) strategi usaha Spa di Alesya Spa Muslimah untuk mempertahankan usahanya dimasa pandemi yaitu, menutup offline treatment, membuka jasa home treatment, mengurangi pegawai, menjual alat yang ada di kantor, mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen, dan mengadakan promo untuk menarik pelanggan 2)standart tata laksana perawatan tubuh sebelum dan saat pandemi yaitu, sebelum pandemi menerapkan SOP Spa umum yang berlaku dan saat pandemi, menambah protokol kesehatan yang berlaku saat pandemi.

Currently, the Covid-19 pandemic makes women afraid to do body care which for treatment is through physical contact with beautycian. For now the new normal era where we are facing a new normal life and side by side with viruses that still exist, we are required to comply with protocols government-defined health. Therefore, in the midst of this pandemic, beauty salon businesses that provide body care services are starting to open their business in a way that is certainly different from normal conditions. It is not easy to start reopening these services in the midst of a pandemic like this, so a strategy to survive during this pandemic is needed. Alesya Spa Muslimah Surabaya is a Muslim spa place specifically for women which this spa effort is still running in pandemic times.. This study aims to 1) find out the business strategy of the Spa at Allesya Spa Muslimah in maintaining and continuing its business during the covid-19 pandemic. 2) know the standard of body care management before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic at Alesya SPA Muslimah. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the method used is interviews. Qualitative analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) the Spa business strategy at Alesya Spa Muslimah to maintain its business during the pandemic, namely, closing offline treatment, opening home treatment services, reducing employees, selling equipment in the office, maintaining consumer trust, and holding promos to attract customers. 2) standard body care procedures before and during the pandemic, namely, before the pandemic, applying the applicable general Spa SOPs and during the pandemic, adding health protocols that were in effect during the pandemic.
