In general, the greater the level of complexity of a project, the more diverse the
problems faced will also be. One of the problems that often occurs during project
implementation is the deviation of costs and time from the plan, therefore it is
necessary to control the cost and time of the project. This study aims to: 1)
Determine the variance of project costs and schedule, 2) Determine the project
cost and schedule performance index, 3) Determine the critical ratio of the project,
4) Determine the estimated total cost and the final project schedule. The method
used to achieve this goal is the Earned Value Method. This method can be used to
analyze project conditions and provide information about the estimated cost and
time required for project completion. Based on the analysis using the reporting
data on Week 21, the results obtained are: 1) Cost variance (CV) is
Rp5.539.930.368,84 and schedule variance (SV) is -Rp6.472.691.647,59. 2) Cost
performance index (CPI) is 1,288 and schedule performance index (SPI) is 0,793.
3) The critical ratio (CR) is 1,021. 4) Estimate all completion (EAC) is
Rp38.381.979.400,83 and estimate all schedule (EAS) is 189 days.
